I think the saddest thing (for me) is that all this waiting and silence is putting a damper on the entirety of Norman Fucking Rockwell, that when it finally gets released, it'll feel incredibly bittersweet because this era thus far has NOT been enjoyable in the slightest. It's getting to that point where I won't even listen to the album when it comes out just to spite Lana because of how she's been ghosting fans and ignoring what really needs to be addressed. I'm not even mad that she's living her life with her west hollywood housewives and drinking matcha teas. I'm mad because Lana knows there are stans out there that will eat up whatever she puts in front of them, and she will gain from it. It's insulting.

No marriage, Lana just captioned an insta post saying "real housewives of west hollywood" with her gal pals. Nothing much apart from that happened

I just want to say that this album can never be topped. It's just one of those albums where it's so unique and innovating, that it would be very hard to replicate. I adore BTD so much with every bone in my body, and mostly every song means a lot to me in so many ways. I can't believe I was only 15 when it was released! Tbh I just think Lana has always been drawn to superficial personalities and lifestyles, even in her Lizzy days. It's not surprising to me that she's involving herself in this IG baddie stuff, sadly. And not to be that person but I just miss who she used to be so much. Not looks wise entirely, but just the way she presented herself as this mysterious and innovating starlet. Now she's just blending into the vapid LA crowd. It's sad to watch, but there's nothing we can do and it's just what she's doing these days I guess. Hopefully it's just a phase.
