The era's aesthetic seems to be colorful and ambiental which I'm glad af because it looks gorgeous and enchanting (see FROOT's visuals, except they weren't fully ambiental or naturalistic except for the fruit or plants thing) and it's also what I expected for the original concept of L+F.

The OG/Festival/2007 version of Paranormal Activity which bored me because I've overwatched the 2009/Theatrical cut and I already knew the differences between both versions but I still wanted to watch the original film & at least its ending is appreciable for being way more realistic and sad
