I think the LA To The Moon Tour was a messy catastrophe as this tour. that's where she started doing her lip syncing and lazy behavior along with the awful outfits. The Endless Summer tour wasn't the greatest and the outfits were awful as well but at least she sang beautifully on that tour and didn't rely on backtrack vocals. There were also no dancers taking the spotlight. For me her last best tour was the Paradise tour.
