  1. IThe ideas are endless

I've been looking for a Budweisser sweater too, but I'm not sure where she got it from exactly

I looooveee the lighters idea. Floral crowns too in variation. Those would sell QUICK

A rosary would like nice too, keep em coming  :smokes2:

  2. omg that scene is so iconic! when i was little i got so excited seing the dresses cus they were so shiny, i never knew which one i liked better

HAHAHAHAHAHA yes!!! I mean I think they're both pretty, but I'd opt for pink* and off topic but everytime I see glue, I think of Michele  :smile2:

christ this article lacks taste i'm not even a quarter of the way in and im already closing this shit

    Echoing this bc it's important

  3. One of the things I love about the LFL era was the merch that we got from it. I love the culmination of the racer jacket with her previous albums, the windbreaker. The blue sail hat.

A favorite that I remember was the coke spoon locket her team sold in the past.

Nothing might disappoint a picky loyal fan seeing their musical hero sell merch that seems rushed when made, or has little value in comparison to their artists work. For Lana, I can only think that her fans want something aesthetically pleasing that they can wear or have around that shows how proud they are to be a Lana fan.

    So.

What would you like to have Lana sell during her tours? What are some ideas you'd like to see come to fruition in merch form? What do you have to have?

Maybe her team might listen, might not, but. Sound off

  4. Have u ever driven to most of Lana's music without feeling anything? I legit almost fell asleep early on during and it was nice and relaxing, but it wasn't the repsonsible thing to do. She's SAVING lives by not having her music on the radio.

I mean some albums in and ya get immune to it, but imagine the gp? Do u like traffic? Imagine the sirens and all the stoplights that wouldnt matter if ya heard Video Games or Love on the street. Debris everywhere

    We love a considerate kween

  5. I just came to say that I need another Cruel World/ Money Power Glory/Sad Girl explosive kind of track. I was honestly hoping that In My Feelings would channel all that rage and pain, or at least have some kind of ferocity to it. All we got was irritation that might've started numbing.

need the intensity that we used to get from UV

  6. 1. Love is still amazing. Lost anthem
    2. Lust for Life, the piano keys carry a lot of the build up.
    3. 13 Beaches, still dreamy. Maybe better at the beach (?)
    4. Cherry, still solid, the bridge still hits
    5. White Mustang the perfect filler
    6. High tops in the summer
    7. Groupie Looovee, perfect for pre gaming at festivals
    8. I actually refrain from staying In My Feelings, it doesn't anger me enough
    9. Coachella, I've a soft spot for it, and can appreciate the low key country vibes. It's selfless so I like it
    10. GBA - Usually forgotten, so, fresh, but, still such a solid track. Dreamy in a catch me if u can kinda way.
    11. WTWWAW - Makes me feel like i'm bathing in the milky pools of space. Sci-fi martini parties
    12. BPBP - touches my heart the most. Pisses me off sometimes, but gets me active. Stevie sounds drugged, but it brings dimension to the track
    13. Tomorrow Never Came, the fluffiest trolling track I've ever heard. Like a lucid dream, but ur uncertain
    14. Heroin. HEROIN
    15. Change, I feel this video the most, deserved Lana's home video treatment.
    16. Get Free, lingers feelings about that summer EP about tanned and beach waves. Liberation thru the beach, the best.

Imo it's a great anthology of Lana's kind of work, but it's just a bit trickier to mesh the soundspace together when it comes to the album altogether. I probably just miss the cohesiveness, but I guess that's how it can connect with the listener in a more intimate way. I actually liked listening to this during winter, and late summer. Hot or cold, so maybe I'll find a new layer within the music this summer, but ya. 2 cents

  7. I love this thread already, thanks!

    That would be amazing tbh

I don't mind politically oriented songs, as long as it's not as superficial and "in your face" as C-WIMM. We need more symbolism and depth if she chooses to write political songs. So that we can have different interpretations of the lyrics.

West Coast, for instance, could be read as a political song. As someone else mentioned in the West Coast thread I believe, the "parliament" being on fire (possibly referring to Guy Fawkes and the Gunpowder Plot) and swaying from left to right (as parliamentarians do). Some of y'all will probably call me a Graham 2.0 ( :creep:) for saying this, but I do think many of her songs allow for multiple interpretations.

I love how West Coast is, and the ciggies too, so personally, im gonna have to disregard that

But, I do agree with how you mentioned that it shouldn't be so in ur face. I love GBA for this. Not exactly political but I love how deals with socio norms

    GAY RIGHTS

    Bitch. Yes.

  8. It's arid. Cusp of Summer in a few weeks. Dry season on here, and everywhere else atm. I'll refine this later on.

    Title.

Lana mentioned how Life is Beautiful was more of a specific situation when it came to that song, about a guy losing his friend and wanting him back, that didn't really help the song fit Adaline (?). (I personally loved the idea of it so I get it but yeah)

From the grandiosity and respect to youth in Btd, themes of pleasure in Paradise, all the rage that is Ultraviolence, and contemplation and self-essence of HM. With the almost Sagittarian branching out to today's world through Lfl, what comes next?

    Which themes? Happiness? - Yosemite?

Personally I'd love more tracks on exploring and enjoying that transitory period of life where you're giving yourself all these pleasurable experiences to draw memories from later on in life. Do u think Lana's in that mindset too?

Is that ep/lp on that happy place still coming? What gets you happy? What would you want to have Lana similarly capture through her music?

  9. Alright but on a more serious note, it's still a bit difficult for me to kinda just get into Lfl. It hasn't been a year yet, the album still sounds fresh, but dated at the same time.

Maybe when festival and summer season comes by, it'll be a bit better, but I'm missing how Lana weaves everything so cohesively like she did with Honeymoon. Do u think we'll have some sort of wrap up, or is this all that there is for it?
