I'm completely in love with this song. The final version is so beautiful. I always loved the first version, and this is so lovely to hear. The new lyrics are fabulous too.. "my blonde hair long." So Lizzy!
This song is also very close to my heart as it's an "Our Song" with someone very, very special to me.

I'm going to be honest, I LOVE THIS. I was never hyped for Roses except for the fact that it was so elusive. I always assumed it was going to be another ballad with really cliché lyrics that I'd never really care for. Aside from the rap, the song is amazing. I love it so much. The chorus is incredible, and I actually really love the lyrics too. This is definitely a song that exceeded my expectations since I wasn't too hyped for it and was expecting something completely different. Although it's probably an unpopular opinion right now, I think it's incredible. & I'm also still in such a shock that it leaked. Never thought we'd see the day for this one.

So satisfying to be able to cross things off of this list. I'm going to replace those three with - 
1. Girl That Got Away (  )
2. Children of the Bad Revolution (Demo)...that was quick, not even two hours after I posted this   ()

Love, love, love the melody of this. I always liked Lana's part in delicious (and the whole song in general) but this is just 10 times better.

That's just my prediction based on how Lana's sets usually are. I really wish she'd cut Blue Jeans and add back Body Electric & Million Dollar Man. Still hoping for a PWYC/Sad Girl performance, but I know that won't happen. Also, I wish she'd sing other Honeymoon tracks instead of Terrence & MTWBT, but I have a feeling she'll sing both of those.

Miss Blondna Del Rey spotted at LAX while heading to Poland for her Orange Warsaw Festival appearance on Friday.

Wow, the Million Dollar Man performance in this is gorgeous. I always love hearing her sing it live. It's nice how high quality this is, and she sounds amazing.

So it's confirmed that OTTR is still on the set list? I'm surprised, I was expecting her to remove it again.

I'm not sure if anyone has said this already in the thread, but I saw a comment on an Instagram video of her performing Freak that she sounded very Lizzy Grant. I closed my eyes and could totally visualize Lizzy singing it. She was singing in a higher pitched voice like she used to. Since Lana now usually sings in a deeper voice, it was incredible to be able to visualize this.
Slowly returning to a Lizzy aesthetic? The higher pitch, the blonde hair, Yayo on the set list.. Who knows.

These aren't really HQ, but I just wanted to share these ones that I found that are my personal favourites from the night.

Apparently the account hasn't been updated since 2014, so the selfies couldn't have come from there. That's still a mystery.

Last night, Lana was spotted leaving The Nice Guy restaurant in LA, switching her new blonde locks back to black once again.



 

Earlier that day, she was spotted at a hair salon.

Lana was spotted grocery shopping with her friend Jonathan Wilson at Vintage Grocers in Malibu yesterday on her birthday.








 
I'm just going to go ahead and say that she's looked the best she has in awhile. I'm attributing 90% of that to the side part. Ever since she started sporting the middle part with the grown out bangs, I was ready for it to be gone. Plus, it looks like the hair is her usual dark brown rather than black, which I've always preferred. I wasn't too fond of the blonde and the 50 shades of red she had in between before dying it to what it is now, I just think those colours don't suit her as well as dark brown. Either way, I hope she had a great birthday with her friend!

I 100% expected the album to be self-titled so that isn't a surprise/disappointment at all, but the cover definitely isn't my favourite.. It looks quite fanmade and her expression isn't the most flattering for an album cover. I guess if she likes it though, then that's that. I'll probably use an actual fanmade cover for the album once it's out though.

Her hair looks healthy and the colour is lovely, but I thought she had given up the middle part.. A girl can wish.

She looked absolutely beautiful and sounded amazing. I loved her look for this show, I always thought her performance looks in 2013 were the prettiest, and she looked like she walked right out of that era. LOVE the hair.

I also loved how she brought out the guitar to perform Yayo, I guess that explains why she's had short nails recently. I've been waiting for another performance of Yayo for years as it's my favourite song, and I certainly hope this won't be the last time we hear it. She sounded absolutely lovely on that song as well as Lolita.. I'm so glad she kept it on the setlist and performed a more rock version of it, as well as the whole set. Love the sound of it.
 
That being said, I'm really not a fan of the backup singers/dancers. While I love that Lana is doing more choreo herself, she definitely doesn't need the other singers/dancers there. I've always loved Lana being the only one on stage - it brought something special & it's really all that her shows need. She's so enticing, but I think the backups tried to distract from that. I just found them annoying and unnecessary. Maybe it's just a hint to her new video or something, and I really hope she doesn't keep them around.
It's also sad that she didn't look too happy, but perhaps she was just nervous/tired/knew that the crowd was just waiting for her to get off so that they could see Bruce.
 
Whatever the case with all of this, she looked and sounded amazing, which I suppose is the most important.

I'm so glad to see that she was happier in this performance. When she's happy, I'm happy. I also think the placement of the dancers was better in this show.. they were less.. intrusive, I guess.
I also noted this in a post for yesterday's show, but I can't get over how she looks like she walked straight out of 2013. So ageless. I'm so glad she went back to her darker hair.

Her 2013 throwback looks didn't stop in Belgium & Russia At this point I feel like I'm most excited to see what she looks like. Her tour looks have been great so far, even if they've just been white dresses.

At first I was upset about this, but now I've realized it's probably so she can play the guitar on stage. Somehow it doesn't feel really "Lana" to not have her acrylics, but I do love her little Yayo bit she does now, so it definitely makes up for it.
