I think that, although it must really suck for Charli with everything leaking, at least whatever leaks is in most final/polished form (aka no embarrassing demos!), and that practically everything that leaks of hers simply just causes her cult following to respect her artistic vision even more. <3

I think that Charli should release XCX World but only to increase her funding for the next album she's planning to release. The materials are all pretty much together, she just needs to hit upload and profit ?

one thing that Charli XCX knows how to do is how to close an album. Need Ur Luv, Track 10, Visions, Lipgloss... Lock You Up and 2099 are great too but not my favs... Honorable mention to Forgiveness too
