Pop stars are no longer commercially viable. As you've mentioned rap music is easier to mass produce. On top of that, they naturally fit into the current shift in the meta-trends. This has basically lead to a situation similar to the early nineties... A male dominated music market. Pop girls are doomed!

I have noticed a common trend - the newer pop girls tend to have incredibly messy eras. I wonder if it's to do with the fact that record labels are run by gen-Xers and baby boomers. Basically individuals who are completely out of touch with contemporary culture.

If we have access to it without her explicit consent then that is legally and morally wrong regardless of how we have attained the leaked material.
