I will have to contact them too as my cd bundle came with all the cd cases cracked. What do they usually offer? Refund/partial refund, replacements?

I think it's not a refund, it is a discount voucher to be used on your next order. I know that because I complained about a Lady Gaga vinyl last year and that's what they offered me. Either that or a full refund if you ship it back to them. They say can not replace it because it's sold out. Fnac will never fully refund you unless you send it back.

On the other hand, I got an e-mail about the picture disc being delayed.

Did anyone who preordered from Fnac get a dispatch email? I am panicking because I had a preorder which I canceled yesterday only to reorder again to add more items and save on shipping. Now I see the pink/red or whatever is sold out. I hope they don't cancel my order.

I'm not 100% sure about this, maybe you can ask the contact service but I read somewhere that the UK has recently stopped asking for/generating taxes to/from European orders during 2021 and that they will re-start charging import/export charges again 2022.

If anyone wants the boxset, it's up on amazon france for 35€, big difference compared to the price of her official stores. I just got mine!

I was checking my pre-orders and I just realized now they charge taxes from the French store?? I think it's the first time they do this? Like from France to Spain they shouldn't charge these

Nobody is going to know if it's the real deal or not anyway. Maybe you can tell if a Lana signature looks real or not, but we won't have proof of EVERY signature. I mean, they don't come with a COA so they can put 10 assistants to sign postcards and lithos and we will deal.

Try that, NIF number is the ID number for companies. I ordered from Fnac Portugal before, I don't remember now but if I had to put that NIF number, I probably put my ID one and it worked.

As far as I know, if you order from official stores, it only counts if you order from your own country's official stores. Eg: I'm from Spain ordering from the UK store, this sale won't count neither towards the UK charts nor the Spanish charts. I don't know why is it like that, but this explains why some items are restricted (US only/UK only) because labels want chart competition. As for other retailers, the sale belongs to the country where you order it from (if I order from Fnac France, the sale belongs to France).

They do, but shipping is expensive (around 15€) vs. Fnac France which is only 5€.

I'm planning to go to this, she's scheduled for the 19th, on Friday. Other than her, Friday's acts are not very appealling and I just want to go one day. Wasn't she going to cancel some upcoming dates? If she cancels, I really don't want to go and I don't want to lose money so... any advise?
