Pop 2 was a perfect December holiday release and it still sounds fresh every day she really did that

5ITM is a highlight and definitely had the most gp appeal (lots of people I know like it too) but Focus was the best single and cover art of the year

Hopefully this means she's leading up to an official announcement with a solid date and not "yes confirmed I'm making one that will be out next year sometime"

She directed I, U, US for Raye but I hope it's something for herself

I hope she collabs with Danny L Harle again. The production he did for Tommy Cash's X-ray was amazing and Charli would sound perfect on a track like that.

a bit unrelated but I was just thinking about what a banger Ring could've been and never really knew why Jack Ü disbanded, so I looked it up and this is what diplo said: "The thing with Jack Ü is complicated, because of Atlantic. Skrillex is signed to that label and it’s difficult to do anything with that. I hate major labels, so I don’t really want to do anything with major labels. iirc after Boys came out we didn't get any new material until Pop 2 which was 3-4 months later so if history repeats itself that's probably the minimum promo time until a new release comes

after listening to If It's Over for the seventh time I realized that it fits better on pop 2 than Out of My Head does even with her 1 verse
