it's literally not sonically similar to anything on the album...but go off... i wasn't even dissing the song omg it's just a fact
-
i love babygirl but it did NOT belong on N1A that bridge...danny l harle did not come to PLAY
-
i love how we all collectively agreed that the version of no angel that was released wasn't as good as it could have been so everyone is just editing until we get the version we all wanted LMAO
-
i just wanna know who listened to that and said "wow this sound great and ready for release!"
-
all i want is for the gays to give charli a break now, she deserves it
-
ANYWAYS! I'm really excited for the release next Friday girls!
-
im so over these leakers fighting on f*cking threads omg, like PM eachother WE DON'T CARE!, ALSO, it's so annoying that every time we are enjoying something y'all pop in to tell us information that will do nothing but frustrate us because y'all hoard everything, like i don't even care at this point that y'all have the songs, it's just becoming annoying to come across all of that every time i'm on here

the only reason sophie was so obscure for like two years was because people gave her heat back then for being a "male" producer and using a female name so she went into hiding and literally went through a transition, she seems so much happier and open to releasing more music now, even her shows have been drastically different, she wouldn't even speak at them two years ago and now she dances around stage with her fucking tits out lmao

THIS IS SO GOOD WTF??!?!
-
so are you gonna post it or not?
-
dyslexia?!?! wtf, if this is because of her form set, she was probably drunk outta her mind, i've spoken to her IRL before and she sounds fine to me
-
why? it sounds so generic, track 10 did the job and did it well tbh
-
1/10, i'm tired of seeing that twink everywhere, plus the pic just looks low quality
-
ugh i love god so much

drag is for anyone who wants to do it

Sophie played the instrumental for "Is it Cold in the Water" when i saw her two years ago and i remember being so hypnotized and mesmerized by it, it was such a weird experience i literally felt like i was tripping out, and hearing it on the album with vocals and lyrics was amazing, the song is so powerful IMO, it's simple but super effective
-
or maybe i just like it a lot?? why would i like something to be edgy, that's such juvenile behavior, even you assuming that is childish omg, ANYWAYS, i loved the album in it's entirety and I loved is it cold in the water, this album plays like a story about queerness and self-acceptance to me and i am so here for it, even the tracks y'all are calling "unlistenable" are amazing and add so much to the album, i really don't understand the hate, y'all just want everything to be easily digestible omg, I really don't know what y'all were expecting from an experimental artist
-
this is really cute!! I love it! I know you didn't ask for criticism but that marimba in the beginning sounds like it has some frequencies conflicting with the vocal and it threw me off a bit but aside from that it was really fun! <3
-
I love both! In my opinion they aren't even comparable. That was old Sophie, this is new Sophie. They both sound entirely different aside from some familiar percussion in a few songs.
-
If Sophie added that to her songs, I would not find her as appealing, I don't go to Sophie for fun cheesy pop songs (even though she is clearly capable of making them when she wants), I go to Sophie for experimental tracks and sounds and synths, I think she's perfect just the way she is tbh, she has shown so much artistic growth from "Product" to "Oil of Every Pearl's Un-insides" and I am SO here for it. Her new album is honestly one of the best things I have ever listened to.

*orchestral drums but yes Do you agree that Sophie is the Mozart of our generation?
-
I held back from listening to these songs because i wanted to experience the for the first time in studio and i'm so glad i did, the only one i had already heard was "Is It Cold In the Water?" but it was only the instrumental and it was a long ass time ago maybe like 2 years ago, but this studio version...it is so unreal, ethereal, it literally left me speechless

if anyone has it in flac please pm me!!
