  1. I didn't know those who are so hellbent on portraying Lana as a label puppet were flies on the wall during production, either. Anything to discredit Lana's mind.
  2. Lana spoke about the freedom she has in her Pitchfork interview in 2017. "I did the same thing with Honeymoon. Everyone around here heard it and was like, “It’s a cool record, but you know it’s not going to be on the radio, right?” And I was like, “Yeah. I told [record executive] Jimmy [iovine] when I signed, ‘If you want to sign me, this is all it’s ever going to be.’” I was just so committed to making music because I believe in what I do."
  3. All the way back in October 2018. U thinking she didn't touch one thing on the album between October 2018 and July 2019 is a cackle in itself.
  4. Yes Cinnamon Girl with its BTD reject instrumental and wannabe Is This Happiness & Sad Girl lyrics isn't the tea. Your Girl is superior.
  5. U think anything that isn't acoustic is Interscope's decision, conveniently ignoring the fact that Lana listens to shit like Rae Sremmurd. If she hates Doin' Time so much she wouldn't sing it live. She barely performed HM and LFL live so don't say she was forced to perform Doin' Time either. UV barely got live spins for Endless Summer either.
  6. It was Lana's idea, and she is not a label puppet. Don't portray her like one. She released a 10 minute single. Period.
  7. But Lana said she was not satisfied with the direction of the WC radio edit, so no, theory debunked. It was Lana's idea, just as she stated herself. Why are people always trying to discredit her mind? Some fans.
  8. But thankfully, the version she chose to add drums to and showcase in a gorgeous new video is the most correct AND right decision of them all.
  9. But thankfully, whether they part ways or not, history stands to attest the fact that Lana said she chose to have those drums in FIILY. The correct decision, the right decision.
  10. Videos are an integral part of Lana's art. Always have been, stemming all the way back to her DIY home ones. Get used to it. Thankfully, Lana wanted the drums in the single version of FIILY. Ah, she made the right choice too. Bless. During the premiere on BBC Radio 1, Lana explained the background of Fuck It I Love You: That one was the last track I did for the record and I wanted also something with some surf drums, so we did that last and it’s just little of a mood track and I knew I wanted to do a video where I was surfing in it. So it was more of a fun thing to put together. Wow. When will Schoolboy Q
  11. Cheapening her art when they've funded several big budget videos of hers & she's the one who confessed she sends her managers iPhone selfies for single/album covers
  12. Like Lana would give a fuck she'd go film another iPhone video like she did with UV She was unhappy with the radio mix of WC, and she made that clear. Different story with FIILY, unfortunately your narrative just doesn't add up! Lana LOVES the drums and wanted them, and you're sitting there bitter with your Schoolboy Q avi while FIILY THRIVES off Lana's idea of adding the drums.
  13. And thank GOD the best version of FIILY got the budget. Ugh, Lana's INSTINCT.
  14. Trashing UV when u have a UV rip off as ur username is even more bizarre
  15. Calling ANYTHING shitty with that Schoolboy Q avi The jokes write themselves
  16. Are u implying she's a label puppet? The woman that released a 10 minute single? Make it make sense, delulu If she didn't want drums why did she officially and PROUDLY release the version with drums, it even got a video, whew, her power
  17. The way u tried to blame Interscope for the drums on the single version of FIILY when it was Lana who revealed she wanted them on there.
  18. Well, I think what's more than anything is that she ditched Brian Wilson but actually has a collab with Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus.
  19. But I never said she is not iconic. She will just not have an album as iconic as The Beatles, which was ur original statement. Then u brought in charts that I don't care about for no reason.
  20. Charts have nothing to do with making an album as iconic as a Beatles album, which as u said urself, she has yet to do. Ugh
  21. Omg. The song is probably even more disappointing than the first time I heard it.
