If they agreed to release Honeymoon because of High By The Beach, they can easily agree to release NFR because of Cinnamon. It's a catchy pop song, a perfect single. With the production it's even as catchy as her BTD singles... So I don't think it's the case here. I think it's all because of this damn poetry book and we're just reaching because of lack of actual info. Remember when Tropico was also "coming soon" for a few months straight? I'm almost sure she then revealed it was all because of her personal organization problems.

I actually love the OoOoOorange part (I was super excited about this song after she posted 1st snippet), it's the rest of the song that bothers me. But it's not that bad overall, I just think it doesn't belong to this album sonically.

It sounds even better playing right after Superstar (similar production) so I don't know what to do with OoohOoohrange yet. I think she recorded Orange so Baby wouldn't stand out that much. Baby is ok as a CB's single (still hate Despacito's part tho), but definitely not on her album! Yeah I was also thinking about this whole LOVE theme, but with EYL both sound like yin-yang tracks so it fits perfectly!!

I hate the idea of Luis Fonsi on Marina's album so I just replaced Baby with Disconnect and honestly... It suits amazing. Sonically AND lyrically, especially with Enjoy Your Life playing right after (I've been feeling anxious/I want to disconnect - Sit back and enjoy your problems/You don't always have to solve 'em). 10/10 would recommend

I think the name change is her label's decision to sound more assimilable for general public. And I think the same of her new basic-type of music. Anyone remember her management's statement from a few weeks/months ago "If she doesn't succeed with this new album we'll be very surprised" or something like that? It just shows how much they're thirsty for her to be some another type of mainstream act. And maybe she's just going with the flow and trying to sell this whole "reborn story" to her fans.

I don't think Lana knows how much we need her music. I mean she knows she's being highly adored and that her fans are always thirsty for new tracks, but I don't think she's aware of how much we need her music. Like how it helps us survive even lowest points in our lifes and how each of her album represents another chapter for us as much as for her. I'm personally going through some important decisions in my life right now and I feel almost incomplete when there's no new music helping me making them. Honestly, I can link her music to EVERY of my life phases, with her albums or even just some cute collabs or soundtrack songs. And I don't mean to say it in some creepy type of way, I know I'm my own person and I'll survive without her (duh), I'm just used to going back to some songs and having cute or not-that-cute memories linked to them.
