to be honest i know a lot of taylor stans irl and (while i personally liked ttpd a lot at first listen, even being canonically a taylor hater) they were all disappointed with this album... i dont think this album sucks that much to be rated 6.0/6.6 but, at the same time, the bar is really high for her looking at her status and how's she's being portrayed as the "best pop star of all the time" right now this and this whole overexposure, including agressive promo tactics, just asks for a disaster - which is, let's be real, not even close to a disaster, she's fine, she's just released a mediocre album, her numbers will still be huge for at least the next 5-10 years probably
