I think Donatella is a clear highlight on the album imo I really really like it It's not basic Zedd
-
Fans are complaining that the studio versions don't sound like the iTunes Festival performance...like she said they were different I prefer all the studios over the performances, especially Sexxx Dreams because her voice doesn't sound offkey this time. The one thing I like more from the performance is the placement of "heal me, I'm addicted to love" in MANiCURE. Not really a fan of the "can you feel it, can you feel it, can you feel it"
-
Fashion! and Dope are the two I don't like tbh
-
well then who is it?
-
some of you are acting like children. I only listened to the first verse + chorus of each track in that awful quality So far I think Dope shouldn't have been changed
-
She said we'd have Dope first. Streams typically have gone up in the afternoon. and yes, she said it was a fan confession or something that inspired her to rewrite the lyrics
-
We'll have Dope for awhile before the stream is up I'm curious to see how she took the fan letter about drug abuse and intertwined it with IWBWY last minute
-
why are we comparing 3 albums that are sonically and lyrically different
-
On Top Not sure she's performed I'm Not Alright though, we just have the lyrics
-
you double posted the link... the salad and gay friends for advice lyrics sound ridiculously cheesy but I like the way it sounds we've now heard parts of every track off the album but Dope
-
anyone else glad she didn't end up using previously released tracks like she suggested she would? the album wouldn't have been cohesive at all
-
Hey, can you leave?
-
what's irritating is that we have lyrics to I'm Not Alright and we've never heard it
-
no, it's "I'm Not Alright" and "On Top"
-
LaLaurie? unless we're watching Drag Race AHS and I doubt that.
-
she just posted a still from what I presume to be the NTMT music video
-
No that's the worst part of the snippet, it sounds like a mess. But then the bridge is good. Bloody Mary 2.0 tbh
-
it's not officially out, it's only been shown at the Toronto Film Fest unless there's some copy online I have to watch
-
I thought the lyrics in YNTO were "always on my mind, I've got a lust for lies" since the next line says "seasons bring truth"
-
after listening to the album all day, you can tell which tracks were the solid ones she had done for awhile and which ones were quickly put together. it's not a bad thing, but I think they were Omanko, Kristine and Night Time, My Time because they don't have the same smooth sound YNTO, Love in Stereo and 24 Hours do
-
Love In Stereo is my least favorite song on the album I'm sure the flawless Can't Say No could've replaced it she needs to release an EP of the outtakes since she's performed them live now
-
I loved the last track, perfect closing to the album. It definitely showcases her personal hell as an artist signed to a major label.
