Just looking on their Instagram, it doesn't seem like they do interviews that often so it might just be more like their commentary on the album/song But also I don't know why they posted a magazine cover mock up like that...maybe this is their first magazine ever? But its still digital

I also don't even think that much information was shared about it anyway, like its not as if songs were leaked or anything and before Lana herself shared the tracklist we still didn't have like any of the song titles The most info was shared about Kintsugi, but I agree like if she was that upset about info like that being shared she could've solved it by releasing Kintsugi as a single or something or not delaying the album

This album is definitely shaping up to be a much bigger album than Chemtrails or BB, as others said, the true follow up to NFR so I feel like there is a bit more of a chance that she will tour again At least I'm really hoping she will It was also kind of impossible for her to tour the past few years due to the pandemic, so it's not entirely because she didn't want to tour....and even though she seemed uninterested in the NFR tour (plus the cancelations) we know now that it was mostly because of her break up with Sean. She's been touring for years and I saw someone else point out the lyric "Except for the stage, which I also call home, when I'm not" shows she considers the stage her second home in a way And also "sing it for my babies on the tour life" lol anyways I really hope she tours again and a big tour at that

The true revenge would be collabing with Taylor again and SOTB'ing her back

Kintsugi is giving me Pawn Shop Blues and Fine China vibes for sure From what we know about the lyrics it seems like it will be a similar song about loss and finding beauty in that I always felt like PSB and Fine China went together well, especially with the visuals of fine china, old silver, dresses with tags still on them just seem like things you would find in a Pawn shop or like things she would be selling along with the earrings that were so special to her Kintsugi, or broken plates/vases repaired with gold also seem like things you find in a pawn shop or that you would be selling and letting go of

Since there are 8 weeks to wait (9 if you count release week) this is the perfect time to start listening to one album every week until Ocean Blvd is out! There's even room for AKA or Violet (or both if you group BTD and Paradise together lol) To do all of them I'm thinking I might do this: This week: AKA Jan. 30th - Born to Die/Paradise Feb. 6th - Ultraviolence Feb. 13th - Honeymoon Feb. 20th - Lust for Life Feb. 27th - Norman Fucking Rockwell March 6th - Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass March 13th - Chemtrails Over the Country Club March 20th (release week) - Blue Banisters Or I might skip Violet and give Paradise its own week idk

I used to just stream the albums when they came out because back then I was in the mindset of I'm not going to actually use a CD, cassette, or vinyl so why should I buy it, but starting with chemtrails I've started buying variants that I like lol especially box sets I think from chemtrails I bought a cassette and the box set, from BB I got a CD, and then I've also collected the Honeymoon and LFL box sets from other sellers Buuuut with Ocean Blvd I am so in love the artwork that I bought (so far) the light pink vinyl, the light green vinyl, ans the standard CD...and I'm planning to buy one of the target variants and the box set
