    atlantic should take the high road and make charli perform at the x factor in the live weeks 4 or 5 after this leg of the rep tour, it would be such a nice promo </3

    Why are you all constantly asking for a fanmade EP that you could very easily make yourself?

    i had no idea people would want the ep so much since like you said, it's fanmade, but i do know that people like it when it comes easy so they don't have to """""waste""""" time doing it themselves  :deadbanana: but it's the last time i'll share something lmao

    the speed limit version is just an edit made by @WheelsgoRnR from the pop2 shows but after the intro i sped up the song

    also two years of after the afterparty, long live this wholesome bop

    i love the stargate version so much it hurts

    uffie is a legend, when i saw that she was on n1a i was not expecting something like babygirl but more like this banger that sounds like it could be part of pop 2 easily

    i feel like if you enjoy pop 2 and pc music/electronic in general, uffie's debut sex dreams and denim jeans is a 10/10 for you, to me it's a classic

    I think Party 4 U as the next single with Wannabe and Believe as B-sides would be the best choice in terms of easing into the next record's sound, a last farewell to the pristine PC bubblegum pop style for awhile

    sure, they are letting her release stuff cause it means more money for them. they are being really lazy with promotion. they could be doing a much better job in my opinion, such as getting her in US talk shows such as GMA or Late Night for interviews + performances which is what the 1999 era could've really used :/ I'm surprised that she got this much attention anyway with the little promotion, just shows how powerful she is  :teehee:

    for the next to zero promo atlantic is doing, 1999 still has some good numbers on YT, they "expect" a hit from her, still doesn't go on their own way to help her out and i highly doubt it is because charli doesn't want to promote it, i mean, we have gma, ellen, jimmy fallon AND kimmel, james corden (even poppy performed there TWICE), today show, in the UK there's graham norton, lorraine, chatty man... still, zero performances there. All she got was a morning show in australia and now a indonesian award show.............. WHY

    wondering when CTMP is coming, if ever... they have a whole video for it and a reworked new version finished. it would be a great second single choice for the album (after 1999) but it's such a summer song :rip: it's kinda nice not knowing what she'll be doing next  :teehee:

    white mercedes could work as a single for winter but since it seems like atlantic ain't giving 2 f*cks about the us, then CTMP would be a great choice for european summer rn

    To answer my own question... Is it possible that Charli could be dropped from Atlantic? I mean... It would kind of justify the potential release of an album and tour off the back of a poor single.

     

    I mean I wouldn't be mad - I'd love her to sign to an independent label and just drop music when she feels like it.

    i've been thinking about this a lot, charli's way of releasing music doesn't fit a mainstream label like atlantic but more so a mass media company i.e. 88rising

    i feel like it would be a perfect world if charli joined forces w/ ag, sophie, liz (basically everyone from the pc music label) + other queer artists like brooke, dorian etc in a company where they can manage, direct, market and produce themselves if they want to, but that would evolve money from every artist into it and other people from the media/business just like 88rising does and it works perfectly for them btw, solo releases from their artists as also they can collaborate with anyone from the label and outside of it
