ukraine making it's men fight the war isn't ideal, of course, but it's either ukraine fights back, or they let their country be destroyed & blown-up & it's people killed & homeless, so, in that case, i don't think it's the absolute worst thing that's come out of this, you should be supporting the people of that country & think about the fact that thousands of people will be losing their homes & are in danger of being killed by explosions you also made comments about ukraine's government being illegitimate & also ukraine being a country which somehow excuses nazism which people were quite upset by, i'm assuming those statements must be inaccurate

oh, i know, i just meant seeing graphic images/videos on twitter, seeing that stuff, especially in large quantities, can seriously harm your mental health, i just hope you're taking it easy, even just hearing the news about this in general can be exhausting, i'm starting to feel a little panicky myself, thinking about the people who are being ruthlessly killed over this, it's very scary

i hope you're taking care of yourself, it must be very difficult to see so much death & destruction, i think it's really great that you're keeping us updated, but i just hope this isn't taking a toll on you by researching & browsing social media

this is really sad, they died defending their country, all they did was refuse to surrender to the invasion & they were all killed, it feels so ruthless & insanely evil, so many people are going to die from all of this

gates of paradise by v.c andrews (still reading all of her books ) i believe this is the first book which was completely written by the ghost-writer, i'm sure v.c andrews herself had ideas for this part of the casteel series & he wrote the book based off of them, but i can definitely tell a difference in the writing, it doesn't seem as enjoyable to read, but hopefully once the story progresses, i'll enjoy it more, but i know that since all of the books by v.c andrews were written by the ghost-writer from this point on, they're all going to seem different

it's so scary that russians are getting arresting for protest, it's really disgusting that you can't have express your opinions freely, they'll put you in jail, america's got a lot of it's own problems but at least you can protest & disagree with your government

just because something is "the reality of the world" doesn't mean it's okay, there's 1000s of things that are the "reality of the world" which are harmful/negative to people/society, let's just let innocent people with lives, dreams, & families die because it's "just the way the world is"

i think about everything that's been happening in the world in the past few years (covid-19, climate crisis, war & instability, prices rising, etc.) & it really feels like we're heading towards very dark times... i wonder if people who have lived through ww1, ww2, & the great depression, ever felt the same way when times were difficult? perhaps they did, maybe they still had hope, but it just feels like we're going past a point of no return...

i think the concern was if the united states/other countries get involved? (idk for sure honestly i don't know a lot about this particular subject )
