  1. she even has the butter-colored sunglasses for the buttered noodles aesthetic
  2. it's pretty dry & lifeless currently... but remember what our queen mother said... it's funny how some things just change in a day, or even in an hour
  3. we could either have "[LEAK] Dealer" & "[LEAK] Loved You Then And Still"... in 2021... 2022... or 2026... what will it be? i'm hoping it's soon leak the lmlylaw demo while you're at it, i already know which neil krug photo i'll use for my chemtrails demos album
  4. blackoutzone should spill the tea on the scrapped songs, their sound, even their titles... WE NEED TO SHAKE THE TABLE!
  5. honestly hearing about a bunch of scrapped songs is exciting for me because it means more unleaked, unreleased songs in the future, and ya'll know how much i love that hopefully this fandom will pull through once they circulate i'm feeling optimistic about the news we've received today, i'm hopeful that she has a clear vision for this album, and i'm a pretty big wildflower wildfire stan, so if this album is primarily produced by mike dean, it's a win for me! i still think the album's message is revenge, in a way where she'll be totally honest about herself and her life and also, the possibility of a 7-minute mike dean produced track... i'm here for it
  6. i don't think they've said anything at all recently...
  7. it can't be denied that btd is iconic & a classic album, but it's really not my favorite and i find a hard time feeling like i have a definitive favorite from that album, and i feel like a lot of the album is a little over-produced, in my opinion, dare i say that i might prefer the "mix 9" version of ottr also, the million dollar man demo is definitely superior, at the end of the day, i just identify with other albums, like sirens, ldrakalg, honeymoon, & nfr more
  8. blue banisters should be the opening track if she's following her title track pattern, chemtrails was track two, so blue banisters should be track one!
  9. queen of disaster was already overrated but tiktok ruined it
  10. i personally love sad girl but i will say that it isn't her best lyrically, it's the overall vibe & production of the song that really makes it special, i love how blues-inspired it is
  11. guns and roses is SUCH a vibe, i don't understand why people hate it, i understand that it's slow & has a repeating chorus, however, a lot of her music is "slow", and a lot of songs off of ultraviolence have a repeating chorus... i love the desert rock influence and the instrumentation is such a dream, it might be my favorite off of ultraviolence
  12. unpopular opinion but i love the flannel, it's such a cute & casual look for her

    Song vs. Song

honeymoon vs. i'm indebted to you
  14. i was always under the impression that it was just very personal, so it's hard to talk about? it would make sense, i could see god knows i tried, religion, the blackest day, and swan song being quite personal, although it would be very disappointing if she didn't like it, it really is a splendid album
  15. omg i totally forgot about change! one of my favorites
  16. how i interpret the black lives matter line is that she's attending black lives matter protests and her boyfriend (which i assume was sean) knew she was attending and maybe didn't approve of it, since he's a cop and it's known that he's more of a "blue lives mattter" kind of guy, and maybe this divided them, "and you saw me for who i am" was a way of saying that sean had figured out what lana's beliefs really are, you could almost feel the divide between them as he realizes that her stance was different, i know the lyric "and i screamed for them" is often interpreted as her screaming for her father, but i interpret it as lana continuing to attend the protests and fighting for what's right regardless
  17. - yayo - oh say can you see - peace - bel air - honeymoon - yosemite - cherry blossom - i don't wanna go
  18. i totally agree, you don't know whatcha do, do ya? i am on fire for you, i'm on fire... i'm on fire... manifesting the studio version, i know you want that one
  19. in all seriousness i don't know how i feel about dolby atmos, it's probably just a cool new way of experiencing music, but i'm perfectly fine with regular "stereo" mixing & production, and my apple earbuds
  20. it just makes the music, vocals & instrumentals sound like it's "spacial" rather than just panned left or right like stereo, like, the instruments feel like they're moving up & down or they're moving around your head
