i'm hoping for a vibe that's similar to elvis, money hunny, & oh say can you see... i've been obsessed with them lately

so... who's excited for wild at heart, dark but just a game, not all who wander are lost, and yosemite? this album is going to be very special, i'm looking forward to listening to it for the first time, i feel like every track on the album is going to be unique, exciting, and beautiful in their own way an album that will resonate when you're just playing it cool, when you're in love, when you're feeling introspective, and when you're feeling poetic

i mean it is kinda strange that he's claiming that yosemite is the worst of the album when nobody has it? unless that version of the album is circulating, but that's not very likely, i feel like it's a little early for that

yosemite was written in the very early lust for life era, which was almost like a continuation of honeymoon, with a folky, optimistic vibe, a natural progression from honeymoon's soothing, loungeful, luscious, yet lonely and yearning soundscape, and it's "return to nature" is reminiscent of something more simplistic, yet everlasting in it's beauty, like oh say can you see, cotcc is going to be a mix between honeymoon & aka, the heart of the album, yosemite, will be a perfect reflection of that, need i say more?

one person said it was their least favorite off of the album and now you're all losing your shit... wait until the album is out and form your own opinion...

people were comparing it to change / bartender, because eclipse said it's one of the worst off of cotcc

i'm not trying to assume what actually happened, i don't know what's true or not, but IF it's true that he gave away song lyrics for promo, i highly doubt anybody is going to be kissing his ass, we're all guilty for thirsting over insider info, which isn't great, but giving away lana's work that doesn't belong to anybody but her, that's going to be officially released, to promote your fan account is especially low

i don't understand how this screenshot is proving anything? it's just a summary of what allegedly happened, and "take it with a grain of salt"

it's attention & greed, honestly i can't think of any reason why some material, and i mean, old stuff, can't be leaked, it's already in someone's possession, might as well let us all hear it, but, y'know, people like the attention and the power of having something nobody else does...

instead of leaking a song that's going to be officially released, they should just leak unidentified flying bill, crazy for you, bikini gold, california demo, and diet mtn. dew baby instead

definitely! i feel like "not all who wander are lost" could talk about this, it could be about feeling bored with life, and trying finding the beauty and mystique in the simplicity of life, even if it's something as simple as washing your hair and doing the laundry while also wishing for something that's more fulfilling, something that's valuable, significant, and beautiful
