i'm really hoping grenadine quarantine ends up on this album if it is a song, such a corny, interesting song title, and it's so lana. if it's a poem, i could definitely see it fitting in with "behind the iron gates - insights from an institution". the quarantine theme really suits it.

5 - 7 minute long tracks please i've grown to love songs that are long like that.

on the subject of heroin... it's honestly the only lfl track i really listen to, i'm actually listening to it right now. the lfl album falls flat and doesn't compare to her other albums in my opinion, but heroin is really nice. it has the dreamy, melancholic but hopeful feel as the lfl demo, it's sad to see what lfl could've been.

some people would rather have songs on the album that are entirely new instead of tracks that we already have or know about, you do have a good point because we really haven't heard yosemite, but we all know about it and i guess it's just more exciting when it's new songs that we know nothing about.

in all honesty i'd rather see yosemite and roses bloom for you on cotcc than looking for america.

the people on this site who constantly have negative and nasty shit to say about lana's appearence, weight, outfit, plastic surgery, etc. really bother me. lana's appearence and her decisions surrounding her appearence whether that is her weight, her hair, her makeup, hell, even her fillers, is ultimately nobody's buisness but HERS. if you were really a fan of hers, you would be respectful towards her and keep your crude comments to yourself. also just wanted to point out that comparing lana now, to lana from 2006, 2009, or even 2012 is illogical and unfair.

i want to stay optimistic about this, maybe nicole intended to leave it up for a short period of time to give a secretive tease? if that makes sense? or maybe it was too obvious... or maybe she really isn't working with lana right now is her pfp still the chemtrails?

omg the video of her showing the choir cover of bel air... i love it actually. i'm happy she acknowledged the song bc it's a new favorite.

i was gonna bring this up i have to be optimistic that she really means what she said and that she doesn't want to censor herself, and her posting tropico gifs at least assures us that she isn't completely abandoning that side of her artistry, but we can never be sure with lana, and sometimes seeing her with her matcha influencer friends gives me a lot of doubts, i wonder if her friends even really listen to her music, not that they really have to, but it's just a thought i have sometimes.

i would be really dissapointed if lana continues to appeal to the mainstream and plays it safer, some of her best work was more out of the box and experimental, not afraid to take artistic risk. i think nfr was more well received by critics and the general public, partly because it was a lot more surface level and conventional than her previous work, excluding lfl. that's not to say it isn't a good album, it is a great album, but do i think it's her best body of work? no, i do not. some of this just boils down to my own personal opinion, but i appreciate art more when it's experimental, out of the box, when it takes risks, i don't think nfr does that all that much and i think for that reason, it's a lot more accessable to people.

this thread is gonna feel like a bunch of clowns when she actually does release the album on september 5th or around that time and it's not filled with piano ballads.

i think they kinda look alike? and i used an old lana picture bc it shows us how she looks with long blonde hair, and without any cosmetic work. i just think lana takes on some of her father's facial structure.
