if this is her last album with her interscope contract... is it safe to say that after this, she'll go independent? i think it's a very likely possibility because we all know she likes creative freedom and independence, and it's not like she needs a label to promote her work because she doesn't really do that anyways, and she has a devoted fanbase.

in addition to acoustic/surf noir styles for her upcoming record(s) i also would love to see her experiment more with psychedelic/desert rock like guns & roses and joshy & i (which i know is acoustic but i felt like it fit) ahhh that would be heavenly. i think this album is going to surprise us, i hope she tries something new, from what we've heard from patent leather do over, we could get something melancholic and surfy and i'm really into that.

YESSS i love her old mysterious tweets, these two are my absolute favorite, i hope they are song lyrics because they are just https://twitter.com/MissDaytona/status/1501866815 "the boardwalk queens throw dice with the archangels for pink slips and the souls of the departed." https://twitter.com/MissDaytona/status/1537422637 "i am the velvet elvis above the rosaries the lobster claw in the trash sunset trailer park i see the lights and the devil go down on georgia"

Minor General Questions that Don't Deserve Their Own Thread

lanapedia is a pretty good website that has almost all of her photoshoots also https://ldrphotogallery.tumblr.com/photogallery -
ya'll, i had a dream last night that i got an album boxset for cotcc, it had a blue and orange sunset, it looked a lot like the back of the surf shop hoodie with lana surfing. i remember i only listened to the first two tracks, the first one was similar to norman fucking rockwell but a lot more colorful and surfy. the second track was like a mix between off to the races and doin' time. i'd love for lana to do something like that, surfy, colorful, yet ambitious and daring!

the paradise cover is also my favorite ldr album cover, i don't really mind that it's photoshopped either and it's not like they made her look different, they just shifted her face and her body and gave her a new pose which is kinda odd but it was from an old photo. i honestly don't care for her album covers all that much but paradise is the one i like the most.
