Yeah her Spanish was fine generally. Which is why I said I didn't mind her doing other languages when it sounds good. My one complaint is she pronounces cariño without the ñ in West coast. (One of my friends will argue they hear the ñ though)

Its cool with me when the pronounciation is fine. But her pronounciation of cariño in West Coast was nearly the death of me. I can't speak for her Italian though...

Did anyone notice Frances Bean Cobain's instagram username is space_witch666? And she makes a lot of references to being a witch or whatever. Not saying it means anything, just thought it was an interesting coincidence.

Overall, please stop overreacting. Please stop being so butt hurt. Some people are into different things and that's okay, we can't all be the same. If Lana is a Satanist, personally I'd be okay with it as long as she doesn't go to the extreme lengths of the religion like sacrificing babies and animals.

Finally someone with common sense who acknowledges it isn't that big of a deal but can be as harmful as any religion/belief system. Although your entire post was on point, that's the most important part in my eyes.

Lana seems like a decent human being but she likes to portray symbolism that people will inevitably consider "illuminati". Those thought to be in said group are automatically associated with negative things like pedophilia, world hunger and poverty, animal abuse/sacrifice. It's weird she doesn't mind being lumped together with those people.

I have very high hopes for the upcoming song and album. I was impressed with all of her albums when i heard them, and honestly i've never known another artist i've liked where i've literally loved EVERY SINGLE SONG of theirs. Honestly like even all her unreleased music is top notch. Lana at her most basic is like most radio and mainstream at it's best. So yeah, i'm not worried about anything. I love it already. I suspect she might have not liked working with him. Lana said that she liked Anthony because he never said "no". And in another interview explained that some people focus on making short high-impact cuts, but she prefers to keep things easy and slow (correct me if I'm mistaken).

So this guy says his cousin dated Lana, and that his cousin posted an instagram video backstage from a Lana concert. If you look at the instagram video, you'll see it's made by somebody called Josh. The caption: "Sometimes this happens when you ignore your gf to play World of Warcraft." Now this is a bit odd. This guy claims to be the reason Lana wrote Video Games. However, we had received "insider info"~ from the ldr.fm days (alas, I wasn't there) that the song was written about Mike Mizrahi. If you take into account that Lana said BTD, BJ, and VG are all about one guy, it gets even murkier. Here are some interviews where Lana mentions why she wrote the song (emphasis mine).[/size]

Moreover, she said she picked the model for the BTD video based on his resemblance to a former boyfriend. Once again, hesitant to give links, but Josh's instagram shows that he is heavily tattooed.

 

So here's a crazy theory - could Josh be a guy Lana dated after Mizrahi?

 

We have a date for when Mizrahi first met Lana (January 2009 iirc) but we don't have any solid indicators of when they broke up that I know of.

 

Before Joshy and I leaked, there's a guy who says his cousin, Josh, dated Lana Del Rey (before she "became Lana"). We didn't have any clue that a Josh would be someone in the Lanaverse, so it's hard to say this is some guy BSing who happened to come up with the right name. Josh fits the description of the BTD model, who is said to be based on an ex. Could the Mizrahi relationship have ended before 2011, and could Lana have started dating Josh in 2011 (ultimately breaking up with him and then getting together with Barrie, can anyone find the earliest known reference to Lana and Barrie dating?).

 

I can't find the original tweet for the second image up there, so if anyone would like to help, that'd be swell.

EDIT: Found it. It was posted October 25, 2014. And it was directed at Josh's cousin. So this isn't every poser with a cousin named Josh coming out of the woodworks after the leak to claim he's the real Josh - this is way before Josh was even a twinkle in our eyes.

I'm almost sure that's the guy because he's friends with her and Rob on facebook and he's reminiscent of Bradley (but I could be wrong of course).

And apparently he's a gamer and has liked a Lana Del Rey song remix, although that might not be him on youtube and it's just a coincidence.

If there's someone she should work with again, that is Yoann Lemoine, not Anthony Mandler
