  1. What if we get the single and an UV preorder option on iTunes tonight or in the next few days?
  2. So, I wonder what the saying that they have down on the West Coast is.
  3. Agreed, and it seems like a perfect look to match the apparent theme of the album.
  4. Well, she initially described the album as being West Coast-oriented, so I would imagine that she will follow through with 60sish, melancholic, stripped down rock songs. Dan's role as producer seems to imply this even more so.
  5. Oh my God...love the title and the picture looks so Mamas and the Papas/60s-esque.
  6. Oh, that would be a great title if the dm is real. I thought she was addressing the fan as well, haha.
  7. Just saw that the Coachella concert will be streamed. So exciting.
  8. AKA is definitely my favorite. It has gorgeously contemplative lyrics, haunting melodies, and a perfectly atmospheric indie rock sound.
  9. For me, it's all just part of the fun. I love the anticipation before the album drops. It's far from me being angry at Lana because my "expectations" weren't met, as the other user suggested, lol.
  10. Another midnight, another lack of release. I guess we'll be hoping (yet again) for a day release on Tuesday a la Ride so that we can be disappointed again.
  11. Are you talking about Jaime King's tweets about not leaking that made it seem like Lana's next single would be BB?
  12. Everyone is going to lose their shit at midnight with the April Fools' jokes and the fact that tomorrow is Tuesday. Watch the single actually drop and no one believe it at first...or it will be lost in a sea of trolling tweets.
  13. Queen of Saigon is a reference to excess and she uses it to criticize commercialism in NA.
  14. Kill Kill definitely fits the rock-inspired blues description. I think UV will be quite reminiscent of that (lyrically as well).
  15. But not the kind of jazz that people here are alluding to...it's very rock-inspired.
  16. I highly doubt Lana would go from stripped down, West Coast soft rock to solely jazz-influenced songs with a producer like Dan. She's probably just teasing for future music and using "jazz" as a colloquial term.
  17. Sounds like a title rather than a genre. She mentions different music genres in her lyrics quite often as a metaphorical device to describe men. The amount of speculating we do.
  18. Wasn't the BTD cover an oldish photo by Nicole Nodland? Wouldn't surprise me if she used one of Chuck's older yet appropriate pictures. It's probably just a teaser, but I love it.
  19. Oh my God, is this the cover? We've all seen the picture before, but
