I'm avoiding listening to any NFR singles or snippets and have been for a month or two now. Hopefully the album can still sound somewhat fresh on first listen. I love listening to a full, cohesive album, but I'm afraid year-old songs next to new ones will ruin it.

The ending feels too abrupt - my only complaint as I’ve said. It would work better as a fade out with guitars.

I also agree with Pitchfork. It’s a really fun summer bop and adds some depth to the original, but it’s not on the level of the NFR tracks. I would like to see her add some bass to her future tracks again, though. Trip hop Lana is great.
