I love Lust For Life but Honeymoon remains her best Album. Heroin is probably the best song she's ever written though.
-
my sorting looks like this:
1 Heroin
2 White Mustang
3 Tomorrow Never Came
4 Beautiful People Beautiful Problems
5 Love
6 God Bless America - And All the Beautiful Women In It
7 When the World Was At War We Kept On Dancing
8 13 Beaches
9 Cherry
10 Change
11 Groupie Love
12 Get Free
13 Lust for Life
14 Summer Bummer
15 In My Feelings
16 Coachella - Woodstock In My Mind
I kind of wish the last three songs weren't on the album even though i like both Summer Bummer and In My Feelings as individual tracks. They just seem really out of place on the album imo.

I love Lana so much. This interview almost made me cry. I'm so grateful to be alive at the same time as an artist who always puts everything she has into her music. Who truly lives and breathes for art. It's such an inspiration.

"Ehrlich, fähig, schön und stabil."
Thank you!
I don't see how they could be translated differently than you did.

I: Is your new song "Change" about this transformation?
LDR: Exactly. "Change" is the last song I wrote for this album. The four words I sing during the chorus are basically saying everything: honest, able, beautiful and stable. That's how I want to be. My whole life is defined by this quest, the quest to belong somewhere, to be part of something. I progressed a lot on this path.
What are the four words in german?

This is honestly her best booklet the photos are amazing and the thank you notes are so heart warming

You were so obsessed with reaching 2000 pages
That there was nothing left on the release day and, baby, that's a shame
You were so obsessed with reaching 2000 pages
You did it all for fame, you did it all for fame
You did it all for fame
Baby, how's that treating you now?
Now you can't post anymore (without first being approved by a moderater)
Baby, hows life feeling now?

Never really liked her music but Bad Liar and Fetish are honestly amazing. Stained sounds quite good too.

I love the lyrics. They seem like Lana is totally detached from everything in the world and I think it's a really interesting contrast to songs like Coachella and GBA.
"It's so sweet, pouring you a drink
and pretending that nothing means anything"
-
hi dont know if anyone cares but i edited cherry to have little to no crowd cheering HA hate those bitches !
just couldnt get rid of the crowd in the live intro //: sry
I love you

Tyler's biggest opening was #3 with 80,000 counted sales (of all types)
His 3 albums debuted at 5, 3, 4.
On the 7/22 chart (the one that updates later this week- DJ Khaled is #1 for a second week with 70,000 total sales of all types
I worry about Drake. His surprise drop caused Honeymoon's expected #1 to go to #2
Lana most likely would have been #1 for every week from the original release date to now

You're all trash for always either excessively hyping or completely trashing songs based on LQ 20 second snippets. You could at least wait until you've heard the full songs before judging them, I think Lana deserves that.
-
She should release Cherry and White Mustang on the 12th since we've basically already heard them. I don't want to have listened to half the album before it's released.
-
This song is so cute Lana wishes tbh
And omggg White Mustang is her magnum opus
-
Asap on two songs, summer bummer and groupie love. Do we have confirmation that the snippets we've heard really are from SB and not GL?
Soundhound recognized the snippet as Summer Bummer,

It would be really cool if Lana covered Heroin or any other VU/Lou Reed song. I agree that Coney Island Baby would be amazing and I could also see All Tomorrows Parties working really well. Actually, Lana has always reminded me a bit of Nico. My dream cover is this song:
I would kill to hear Lana sing these lyrics:
""My heart is empty
But the songs I sing
Are filled with love for you"
A man said that to me
That's how I know" -
I don't really understand the hate the lyrics of LFL get. I agree that thematically they're really uninteresting and kind of nonsensical, but I don't think they're bad in terms of HOW they're written/phrased. I mean, I don't think they contain any lines that stand out to me as being particularly bad such as for instance "stranger than a stranger", "crying tears of gold like lemonade", "I wish I was dead - dead like you", "all these children and all their children's children" and so on. In a way, Coachella is actually the completely opposite of LFl: thematically interesting, but badly phrased.
I hope this makes sense, I haven't slept for 20 hours and I'm a little drunk.

Banned because you "forgot" my favourite gay on the fucking Moon.
Banned for liking Troye too much.

Forgive me for believe an interview with Lana herself over a tracklist posted by some obscure website
I don't think any of us doubt that what Lana said in the interview is true: that the album at the time of the interview was 18 tracks long.

Seriously, it made me feel a way no song has ever made me feel before.
