If we got a track list and a preorder I wouldn't mind waiting until July 21. I'm just really tired of speculating which songs will be on the album and wich songs will be outtakes and I'm tired of fearing that the album might be delayed once again.

So far I can't see any of these influences in the music Lana has put out...
The Shangri-Las influence is very obvious in the verses of Lust For Life tho. And I'm sure the Joan Baez influence will be obvious as well as soon as we hear the acoustic songs on the album... at least I hope so.

This is an amazing album. One of the best pop albums of the decade and much better than Pure Heroine. My favorites are The Louvre, Sober II (Melodrama) and Writer In The Dark. Am I the only one who thinks that the harmonies in the chorus of Writer In The Dark sounds a lot like Kate Bush?

I hope we'll get the preorder this friday with Cherry as an instant track. Then Daisy Chains on June 30, White Mustang on July 14 and the full album on the 21st. One can dream.

If White Mustang didn't make the album I don't know what I'm gonna do. But I really doubt she would tease all the songs that didn't make the album. She knows how her fans would react.

This snippet is haunting me. I can't get it out of my head. I listen to it 50 times a day. It's the first thing I listen to when I wake up in the morning and the last thing before i go to bed. If this isn't on the album I don't think I will survive. The melody is just so insanely good, It's killing me.
