  1. We deserve pre-sale tickets.

    We deserve pre-sale tickets.

    We deserve pre-sale tickets.

WE ARE VETERANS! I'm actually indignant..they know how dedicated we are, we buy all the vinyls, all the tickets, all the freaking blankets and candles and toilet paper with Chemtrails lyrics on it.... and they know how many resellers are out there who dgaf about Lana, hoarding tickets and leaving her actual ride or die fanbase with nothing. Like am I crazy or is that heartless? Not expecting businesses to be altruistic but how hard would it have been to put a pre-sale code in that "newsletter" or to disperse them through Lanaboards. And there is not even a show happening in my country I just feel bad seeing comments in here from Lipsters who missed out, it's really sad and it's pissing me awf

god bless america is actually the most underrated song from lfl, it actually has some clever lyrics (the political songs have terrible writing tbh...) and the melody is so catchy. i also love that its a mix of folky and pop production!

When LFL came out it was one of my favs but recently it feels like a bit of a dud to me, that whole middle section gets a bit tedious with the production especially. For me. Although the bridge of GBA is an album highlight. For me

Judah Smith Interlude is genius and perfect exactly where it is, exactly how it is. Subtle, genius, spot on.

Jon Batiste Interlude is the lesser out of the two of them but still, once again, perfect exactly where and how it is.

Both interludes are extremely consistent with the themes of the album and do exactly what they were meant to do.

I honestly do not understand all the interlude hate. If you don't get them, skip them. You'll be missing out on the album as it is intended to be experienced and Lana's full genius but whatever.

Agree it's the middle of the haunting trio that is the run from A&W to Candy Necklace. It's hated because of his involvement with the mega church, fans barely let Lana get away with her involvement. And they also dug into Judah Smith's history and found he did xyz "bad" thing, so ofc he had to be dealt with. Some people hate it because they have religious trauma which I understand. But I do think the reaction has been completely over the top, I remember many brawls went down here 😆 If it was anyone preaching besides Judah Smith I feel like people would have appreciated it more as a moment on the album

  4. Love you sm Grimes you are up there with Lana for me in terms of I will stan you forever, you're completely unique and make incredible art which impacted and inspired me consistently as I became an adult. I see you and THANK YOU

Did you just say trans people are mentally ill?:biblio:

It’s probably the least important part of what i said but yea… how else can the feeling that your natural physical being isn’t your "true self" be explained?

puberty blockers have been used for decades (since the 80s) for cisgender kids and transgender kids but suddenly its some massive issue only when trans kids take them. it's a very long and comprehensive process for trans kids (and even adults...) to access trans healthcare and in the case of trans kids it requires extensive psychological evalutions before kids can start puberty blockers, and by kids it means around 13/14 at the youngest - this all requires parental consent aswell and is routinely monitored by doctors. there's already extensive guidelines for trans healthcare that exist, are routinely followed and are regularly updated. it's an incredibly popular terf talking point that "big pharma is poisoning gender confused kids".

below is a great video on puberty blockers. please educate yourselves.

if that facebook account really is her she better address it since the majority of her fanbase is LGBT and she is frequently in LGBT spaces.

The idea that blocking puberty is in any way safe is complete propaganda .. it's literally insane to suggest that a mentally ill child should be able to take so much of a specific drug that it arrests a biological transformation as dramatic puberty

  7. Thinking about how the soundtrack to the next era of my life is being made right now :hair: How will it change things for me...What if 2022 me knew that Tunnel was coming and I would be inspired to quit the job I was hating and fix my own family matters. Where would I be if Tunnel never happened? :pout:

Lana is kind of like my sage and life coach now that I really think about it

  8. I would kind of want The Grants to play because the sentiment is relevant and placating and the last lines "It's a beautiful life, remember that too for me" is something I would want people to remember obviously... but I think at the same time the image of my entire extended family and friends sitting there listening to Lana Del Rey at my request is so embarrassing for me.... although I would be dead so ..

This is sooo minimal I'm feeling that it's going to sound similar to Candy Necklace production-wise but in a major key and more of a bittersweet mood overall, less dark
