  1. NO ORDER: BEST 5: RIDE WEST COAST TERRENCE LOVES YOU BORN TO DIE BROOKLYN BABY WORST 5: GUNS N ROSES BLUE VELVET DIET MOUNTAIN DEW SALVATORE FUCKED MY WAY UP TO THE TOP
  2. I think the dumb lyrics "Stranger than a stranger" are a lyric reference of an old song cuz' exactly yesterday I was in my common kitchen and another dude had a really 70's sounding slow rock song and the man said "stranger than a stranger" and I was like WTF, it isn't just a stupid lyrics, she's actually referencing that song maybe!
  3. -The way she break her vocals the last second when singing "I will never sing agaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaain" in Swan Song is heaven. if it was just the instrumental during the chorus I can picture a movie soundtrack depicting a glorious landscape like a castle. -In the song 24 at 2:29, the chorus kicks in and you can hear the rising orchestra accompanying Lana's vibrato, sounds extremely cinematic and blissful to the ears. -The saxophone in Art Deco's bridge, I wish all the choruses had it ;( -The sax in the last chorus of "Terrence Loves You" ;( One of my favorites songs EVER. part of my; Born To Die - Brooklyn Baby, trinity. -Freak's last chorus when Lana is almost climaxing screaming starts from the right side and the echo expands through all the place, is liberating

  8. Just a question... has Honeymoon leaked already in CD quality? Cuz I still have 128kbps..
  9. Hahaha well she doesn't need to be sad, it could be a happy/sad theme alá Honeymoon, and yeah she seemed the happiest with Ultraviolence, I think those also were the best visuals (not music videos) Like all the magazines had this fking great retro 60's style of Lana photoshoots when UV was released.
  10. That would be amazing but I think those lyrics would be a step backwards from Honeymoon sincerely.
  11. I think the best thing she could do is become polarizing again and release an even more melancholic, psychedelic and raw Ultraviolence. damn that'd be the best thing ever, the queen of contrasts.
  12. I liked the interpretation of the 3 albums and Paradise being linked together as an interpretation of a relationship. Born to Die is about a young and budding relationship. It is obvious from the title and the themes that the relationship is doomed to end, and that it has its problems, but overall it is a happy relationship. Paradise is the peak of the joyfulness of the relationship. Like the name, this is the most at "paradise" she feels in the relationship. During Ultraviolence, things begin to fall apart. From her alcoholism to domestic violence, she begins to attempt escaping the relationship. She knows it is wrong and brutal, but can't quite escape yet. Honeymoon is an ironic "honeymoon" - in that she is finally breaking away from the relationship. She is becoming one on her own, picking music to watch new boys to, and just wanting to get high by the beach instead of putting up with the significant other. The honeymoon is her own freedom and once again exploring herself. AMEN.
