I’m a midwestern girlie and I literally just went to the A&W chain for lunch today
Her midwestern chokehold hasn’t fully died yet

I don’t think this is what she’s referencing, but it’s a restaurant chain

We have the first four tracks. The Grants, the title track, Sweet and A&W. There’s also apparently an interlude by her pastor and there’s a total of 16 tracks, with I think 5 or 6 being collabs. Lana also confirmed that Fingertips is on the album in her latest IG post
-
That note on her Instagram is so sweet. Lana really does seem so proud of this album, it only makes the era more exciting

If I don’t like the pastor interlude, I’ll just play the trio instead

I’m still kind of in shock that we’re finally getting an FJM collab after so long. I’m really looking forward to it

I literally can’t remember the last time there was such an almost unanimous joy in the pre-release
Today is just win after win
-
I SAW TRACK NAMES ON TWITTER?? THE OPENER IS CALLED THE GRANTS??
Also there’s a track called A&W which are my initials so I win
-
Her and Neil really went in on the visuals
I can’t believe there’s so many alt covers and they’re all so beautiful. I literally feel like I’m buzzing
-
I am so excited. If the title track is any sign of what the album is going to sound like, this is going to be one of her best ever. And the cover is so 70s, I love the bows in her hair. The collaborations are so exiting too. Everything about this is just amazing

The shortening of the word boulevard doesn't bother me too much just because I know I'd be typing it out like that anyways
But I do think that the full, written out title is more aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
Anyways, it's officially Wednesday

Jack is capable of a serve like Venice Bitch, so really it's just about hoping he pulls that energy out of wherever he got it from again

Electric guitars that man better have turned the amp UP

Zach Dawes is honestly one of my favorite Lana producers ever
I'm really excited to hear what he does on this album

Just now, kraljicabenzinske said:i just hope that at least one of the songs was written by the lanaboards dot com member from NFR pre-release thread who claimed that the second verse of love song goes "in you cock, in your cock, in your cockpit I'm your baby"
I need to see Darla in the credits

That Mike Hermosa?
Mr. Tiger Dick himself?

Lana’s always been good at making sexual lyrics quite melancholic. I love it so much, it’s such a juxtaposition
