    trying to start a discussion besides everyone drooling over Mike:

    What do you think BOZ was referring to when he said all the stuff like "I can't believe she's doing this"? My initial thought is the fact that she's doing a triple single but then he proceeded to say not every fan may be on board with it and to not judge too quickly and stuff so I'm not sure. I'm expecting the songs to be more interesting than a lot of you guys are expecting but maybe BOZ was just BSing/trying to build hype or something. Or maybe he was referring to the fact that all 3 of the covers are just the car selphie edited differently. We'll see!

    maybe she's releasing the album in chunks? like Hayley Williams did with Petals for Armor, but maybe 3-4 songs at a time. I hope not, but it's worth considering.

  2. AKA -> Trailer Park Heaven

    Born to Die -> Off to the Races

    Paradise -> Bel Air

    Ultraviolence -> Cruel World

    Honeymoon -> Music to Watch Boys To

    Lust for Life -> God Bless America

    Norman Fucking Rockwell -> The Greatest

    Chemtrails -> Not All Those Who Wander Are Lost

    Blue Banisters -> Rock Candy Sweet :hoe:

    that being said, her album titles are always so true to the sound and feel of the music so I really wouldn't change any of them if I could (except LFL)

  3. 1. Norman Fucking Rockwell (excellence - my only negative is that there are two too many songs that detract from the masterpiece :teehee:)

    2. Ultraviolence (my first lana album - also has the greatest 5 song combo of all time Cruel World -> West Coast)

    3. Born to Die (really nostalgic feeling when listening to it, it's an amazing pop album and iconic debut!!)

    4. Chemtrails Over The Country Club (this album/era seems very lowkey but it's some of her best work lyrically and it's similar to NFR which is more of a good thing than a bad thing in my opinion)

    5. Lana Del Ray A.K.A Lizzy Grant (this album has a very youthful/nostalgic/??? vibe, i can't even put it into words, but i LOVE it even if the lyrics are questionable)

    6. Honeymoon (it didn't really click with me. there are some highlights TLY, HBTB, Freak, Blackest Day, but the rest is not really my cup of tea)

    7. Paradise (this will sound weird but this album gives me a particular vibe. real smooth, sexy, smoky? it's only low because most of the songs are meh to me although it has one of the most underrated tracks BEL AIR. bel air never gets the love it deserves)

    8. Lust for Life (Coachella. that's all)

    I think the one thing Lana really needs to address on this album is the one question she has never really given her listeners a direct answer to, which is weather or not she is a candle in the wind.
    I feel like its always asked by the fans, critics, and casual listeners, and Lana has never seemed to even bring it up in her music. This would be the perfect album for her to give a solid response.

    tracklist leaked!

    1. Rock Candy Sweet

    2. Someone Left The Candle in The Wind

    3. The Wind Can't Blow My Candle Out

    4. Dark But Just A Candle in The Wind

    5. My Candle in The Wind - Burns At Both Ends

    7. Not All Who Wander are Candles (In The Wind)

    8. Dealer

    9. No More Candle in The Wind

    10. Candle in The Wind (Elton John Cover ft. Nikki Lane)

    not sure if this has been mentioned, but since RCS is about revenge on the media, and that is what she initially said about her upcoming album out Sept 5th  (not over the trauma) which ended up by being COCC - maybe RCS is actually coming June 1st? its been mention that COCC has a lot of NFR melodies/outtakes/songs she wrote while touring (which I am hearing the more I listen, I feel like I am on a road trip with her). So all this time she has rly been working on RCS, and that's why COCC got 0 promotion?

    the mental gymnastics im doing :flop:

    ok but the fact that we didn't get an album trailer cements this for me because that's a huge indicator of the aesthetics/sound of the era and she didn't bother to make one.
