New Love’s 6th anniversary was yesterday and today’s her bday. How lovely 

Also she got the Beyoncé birthday post, I’m so happy 

I think I finally feel comfortable ranking the album. Some of her best work, hands down.

They are always seem very in contact and communicative between them. 

 

But with Marina, she seems like a lot of people like her and want to collab with her but Marina just kinda ignores their existence. It's sad. 

Those artists aren’t actually collaborating though. I’m sure Marina DMs with them and stuff, otherwise I doubt people would keep being nice to her. It’s also clear that her inner circle is not necessarily other singers and instead just other creatives. I see what you mean but I don’t think we can judge her lack of interactions as negative per se 

Does anyone know why some albums don't have Metacritic scores? Anyways, glad the reception to the new album is generally positive https://www.metacritic.com/person/marina

Oh no  I don’t remember if I got mine either that same evening or the next day, but it was a quick turn around to get mine. I guess it’s too late to contact someone about it but if you still want to, it might be worth a try. 

That was a great little concert. Loved the colors, live band, and how it moved into a pretty sunset. Not sure why she didn't do more costume changes and have dancers, but it was still a good kick off to the era.

That pic in hq  she's always looked amazing but this era you can just see her shining 

This is a very nitpicky critique, but does anyone else feel like the transitions between verses/choruses on this album feel a little off?

With Duas it was just filmed once then live-streamed, so I assume it’ll be like that! 

Not to be dramatic but this album feels like a blessing from the universe given how much what she is writing about concerns how I feel/am going through at the moment. Froot likewise felt like the record I needed in 2015, and this is just so special for me. So glad to be a fan of Marina
