Well Salvatore wasn't a single or promo single or anything. But when MTWBT premiered on a Wednesday we got it on iTunes on Friday, but who knows.

the website is a third party reseller that set the prices and maybe the whole event is fake.

The event is real, it's posted on other websites too. The third party seller just posted it pre-maturely 

so lana is doing a concert in NY and 90% of the tickets are sold in 20 min

this isn't the same link, the other one was removed. And the other one listed Universal/ Interscope as a distributor, whether the date was accurate or not, the listing was a pre-mature version of the one to come 

I've never seen the point of a deluxe. Just make the extra songs part of the album. If the extra songs are pointless enough to not be on the record then simply don't include them.

I love when i listen to a whole album and then i remember that there's still a target or japan exclusive track that i haven't heard yet

didn't she say "it's not gonna be a surprise" a few months ago though. 

I mean I doubt shes gonna do a surprise release, but everyone keeps coming back to this like she said it over a year ago and everything changes with Lana, I'm sure the album is in a very different place and there are different plans than at the time that she said that. Also the album already isn't a surprise, we know its coming and we know its name and everything. I am almost 100% sure that the pre-order is coming and we'll get a date at that time, this hasn't been so different from her other releases.
