The only reason I listened now is I won't be able to listen to the album until April bc in 3 days I go on two week university trip into some spanish mountains & we doing field work all day. Can't wait to re read all the collapses from release day when I come back But it's such a good album

This album is so good Also yes it has variety but to me it has a very nice flow The Fishtail hate needs to stop

I couldn't resist anymore & listened to Sweet & Fingertips Sweet is really good, pretty & beautiful but damn I really fell in love with Fingertips

Wait so is it worth it to listen to A&W in Dolby Atmos on AM. When I had it turned I couldn't hear the piano in the second verse on the title track so I turned it off again

Fuck this album is going to be a journey, a ride, an experience, I'm scared & excited

I love the songs from start to the end so much & no one asked for it but here are some of my favourite moments: The intro bc the guitar & the piano are so beautiful The Pre-Chorus, Rosemead & doesn't really really matter part , those harmonies !! The piano & vocals in the second verse , it's beyond beautiful The jumpscares in the transition, I'm living for them When Shimmy Shimmy Koko Bop part starts The last minute, with the verse over the NFR sample, the lost my mind part , then the crazy sound & the scream into the Shimmy Shimmy Koko Bop part Everytime she says Your mom called , I told her you fucking up big time And probably more like the sound effects & details, but damn A&W is really that good & I have yet dive more deeper into the lyrics but they already leaving me speechless

I'm still shocked how smooth that transition is

There is still so much to process for me, I don't even know what to say about this song other than it's genius, wild & a career highlight Also this might be the best production Jack has done with Lana for my liking, he produced some career highlights with Lana for sure but he really served extra hard on this one & I'm proud of him & of Sam who did the percussion I think. But I'm still super shook how Lana sometimes wakes up & comes up with songs like West Coast, Venice Bitch & A&W etc. she truly is a genius I guess that's coming from the experience of being an american whore 0.00 till 7.13 perfection
