  1. He teased the acronym on his twitter once. It's also his fave song from the album along with A&W What he said is in the spoiler
  2. The way Ed said this album gonna change the game again & has musical surprises , BOZ describing the GPSOTSOMFWHDSF song and she moving away from typical song structures really makes me excited and so curious about the album Especially since NFR her song structures were often verse chorus verse chorus and some instrumental part somewhere in the song and some songs have a bridge. This is no drag though, I love most of them but super curious how the new songs will be structured & how it will work out Sorry y'all I had a little hype momentum again but I do think we are not prepared for this album
  3. I ordered a vinyl at Banquet Records. Does someone know how to cancel the order ? I don't find that option, so I guess I have to e-mail them Kinda wish Bravado put the vinyl earlier on their website bc now I can cancel some orders & order them on Bravado bc it's cheaper for me
  4. The album was really beautiful on first listen and I listened to it a few times more after the release but I really only go back to Sculptures Of Anything Goes, Body Paint and Mr.Schwartz now. Sometimes Big Ideas as well. I think it's the type of album that I gonna put on while I read a book or while I study
  5. I listened to the song while walking around in the forest , there was snow, the trees were frozen , the sky looked gorgeous. The strings in the intro and the deep breath worked so good with the icy landscape it was so meditative Ocean Blvd was such a beautiful soundtrack for that walk, it was amazing highly recommend to do this I put two photos of the landscape in the spoiler
  6. It could also stand for Jack Donoghue //// I thought maybe sth like: AW&J = American Whore & Jerk, like Jack Donoghue or some other lover being the jerk & Lana is the whore
  7. The Grants Did You Know That There’s A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd Sweet: A&W (American Whore):
  8. Since we rating title tracks: 1. Honeymoon 2. Chemtrails Over The Country Club 3. Did You Know That There’s A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd 4. Ultraviolence 5. Born To Die 6. Blue Banisters 7. Norman Fucking Rockwell 8. Lust For Life
  9. Exactly this!! Your post made me think more about this song, Maybe she's singing about her grandmother in it, because it really seems like they had a great relationship and that she meant alot to Lana. I wouldn't be surprised if she also drags Patty again. Maybe she is bringing all the good & bad aspects, memories etc. about her family/ the relationships within the family & the history into the song and let's all her feelings out regarding her family, certain members & the karmic lineage. Really curious to see how this songs gonna turn out especially since it's the opener. Maybe it helped her to get some closure about the family related things she hinted at in BBS & WFWF.
  10. Still figuring out the line: It's like Camarillo, only silver mirrors , running down the corridor, oh man So I found out Camarillo is a place in Cali & there was a mental hospital which apparently inspired partly the song " Hotel California " as well which she mentions in the second verse too I imagine her being in that mental hospital and there are silver mirrors on the wall , it makes me imagine it looks like a mirror cabinett and she's running around but she only sees the mirrors reflection everywhere and can't escape from that place, kinda like she is trapped in it and that really frustrates her and the oh man really hits That song lyrically & sonically still amazes me, it's so brilliant
  11. GPSOTSOMFWHDSF God Please Sail Over The Seven Oceans, Maneuver Fear Without Hitting Dead Sea's Forever
  12. I tried to solve the acronym and well GPSOTSOMFWHDSF God prayed she only tattoed some old men for wild hot downtown sacramento fiestas
  13. I don't anything about Tommy Genesis except that she is a rapper (definetly want to listen to her soon) , maybe she is not rapping but singing on this song or is doing backing vocals. Or the track might be not a banger , but more chill actually , maybe since Benji is involved a chill guitar song idk
  14. The way the Did You Know That There’s A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd song is about her fear to be forgotten like the actual tunnel and she is asking when it's gonna be her turn. I think we all can say that this album is gonna be that turn. She asked us a question and is giving us the answer on March 10th
  15. The title track made me cry again this song is stunning, it's a classic I said this earlier today but Ocean Blvd gets better with every listen...wow The last time she sings Don't Forget Me & then she disappears into the music while the choir keeps singing Lana we will never forget you
  16. Kinda wish it was the opener but we will see what "The Grants" have in store. If the intro is even more beautiful then wow Really excited to hear the opener
  17. I was not sure if I should share this or not but the title track hits me so hard so here is a little story: It reminds me of a guy I dated back in August, it was my first date ever and it was very beautiful , we ended up in his apartment and had a great time while making out, joking around & doing intimate things etc. He was so respectul and nice bc I was a bit unsure bc I had literally no experience back then. He even said thank you for the great night the next day and suggested we should meet again. We wanted to meet again but didn't had time, he then got super busy with work and had to travel alot, then I was drunk and drunk texted him while I was horny af which scared him away and yeah I drank way too much and I wish I didn't text him He lives close to me and I have to drive by or walk by his apartment very often Don't forget me , Fuck me to death , love me until I love myself , those lyrics really hit me. I hope he didn't forget the great time & bonding we had in August & I'm really thankful for meeting a person like him and having my first experiences with him and I hope I can ever find someone I can feel safe with & connect with that easily. And yes if I ever meet him again he can fuck me to death
