not the Violet erasure of 2020 2018 and 2022 so far are tied for the driest. 2022 might be even drier because at least in 2018 we got two album tracks/singles and a handful of snippets. This year we’ve gotten 2 one-off songs and a 7 second snippet. Personally even though this year has been super dry I agree that not having the fake dates is very refreshing and a nice change of pace

So I'm back from my blue lotus tea ceremony and while I kept it more internal, near the end I focused in on lana For the album cover I saw the flower Neil posted and I saw a couple images but she was facing the left, so these two images but mirrored. I also heard a LOT of strings

He’s definitely doing damage control. Knowing cult leader’s lyrics a year before leaking, having BB months early, knowing about watercolor eyes. It’s obvious he’s lying and trying to divert attention. But his “please stop threatening me in my dm’s” is very sad and is what I was afraid of happening. Joke or not nobody should be doing that, and if it is someone here, respectfully, get a grip.

I’m completely split. Like on one hand that guy had it coming responding to BOZ’s acronyms with acronyms and talking about Lana so openly/freely for years. But his follower count did go way up very quickly and while the people here might have been nice/respectful, I’m sure there were a few who went overboard. Twitter is a cesspool of hate. Also, this might get back to boz/eclipse if her unhinged team does pick up on this and realize that despite their warnings new Lana info/music is still being circulated. But at the same same time insiders have this info through illegal means so it’s hard to feel extremely bad.

we’ve got confirmation boz was talking about her album in October, we know the acronym was about Lana, and know the album is coming. Neil also said “see you soon” and this was ALL without a single word for Lana/ her team that’s a lot for me

I was very salty during the COTCC prerelease when it was dry and he was teasing us with acronyms, but in retrospect it was fun and helped pass the time and he did the most he could without over spilling. His redemption arc today belongs in the lore thread

I feel like boz acknowledging the FJM song was about as far as he’s willing to go. He talked about the album in October but until today we had absolutely no confirmation it was Lana. Eclipse is super active but still not really revealing anything (while revealing a lot) I think plans like rollout/sound of album/visuals are off topic. either way, today was such an awesome day for info and I’m glad some light has been shed. I’m not going to lie and say I don’t want more (like if the single is coming this year or not) but I’ll take what we can get!

I’m in the “not until February/March” boat, personally, but our two most reliable insiders dropping hints (and Neil’s comment last night) have me thinking it might actually be this year

well in mid October boz said he’d ‘probably have to wait a few months’ to talk about the ‘masterpiece’ album. So I think an announcement next month doesn’t seem that off the table. Especially with eclipse confirming it’s coming.

It takes about 5 months now ever since covid. First covid slowed down production, and then one of the main vinyl plants burnt down. It used to be 3 months/90 days but now it’s longer. Especially for an artist like Lana who always has multiple variants.
