  1. So whilst we're talking about singles, can we confirm which songs have actually been released as singles, cos there's so many buzz singles and non single music videos, I get confused

This is how I have it

    Video Games

    Born To Die

    Blue Jeans

    National Anthem

    Summertime Sadness

    Ride

    Dark Paradise

    West Coast

    Ultraviolence

    Brooklyn Baby

    Black Beauty

    High By The Beach

    Music To Watch Boys To

    Love

    Lust For Life

    Summer Bummer

    Mariners Apartment Complex

Shades of Cool was the second single from Ultraviolence, followed by Brooklyn Baby and the title track, then later by regional exclusive single Black Beauty.

Groupie Love was a double A-side single with Summer Bummer.

  2. uhhhhhh i think ~MET Gala or some award show/performance; she said she had some tracks in the works titled Bartender & Sylvia. Not much else is known about them

    Mary (Mind of Mine)

    Don't Stop

Queen of Hearts (tbh i don't know the origins nor timestamp of these 2)

She announced "Bartender" at the Grammys during an interview with Pitchfork on the red carpet.

"Sylvia" was rumored to have been mentioned by Lana to a fan after some concert, but has never specifically been confirmed, due to a lack of video evidence.

"Mary (Scared of Me)" is the rumored title of the third song. Some have claimed that it's a fake title, made up by some insider to try to fool people.

"Don't Stop" and "Queen of Hearts" were made during a single studio session Lana did with Mike Will Made It in 2013. They're not new.

  3. Bunch of other recent registrations with her as a writer, though as you'll remember from last time, most of these are probably for other people. Most of this batch was registered with the Kiiara song she co-wrote, "Gloe".

    100,000 Fires
    Amazing
    Dance Pon It
    Delete My Number
    Kisses From Broadmoor
    Madness
    Mr. Badman
    New Creep

  4. Also no date is out yet, right?

This makes me really believe she can squeeze at least one more song into it. Even if it's a really short one or whatever.

It wouldn't be an EP if she added even one more track. Albums are defined by iTunes as 9 or more tracks, while EPs are 4 to 8 tracks. She's said very specifically that this is an EP.

  5. thanks!

Also, did anything leak besides ARIMH by The Powder Room? I think I have all her unreleased stuff as Natalia Kills but I'm lost with her Cruel Youth/TPR stuff.

I Want It Now had a demo that leaked with Riot in My Heart. It's not very different from the version that got released (2:03 in length, compared to the 2:32 of the final version), but if you're a completionist, that would be one thing to be aware of.

The only leaked unreleased tracks under Cruel Youth are the demo versions of Florida Blues and Alexis Texas from the leaked "Cowboys & Angels EP". The other tracks from that leak were identical to the +30mg versions.

  6. Think I just found out most of the tracklist for their next release. I was looking through the GEMA database and found eight recently registered titles listed under the publishing entity that Teddy and Willy set up for Cruel Youth releases. If you want to see for yourself, you can find the results by selecting "title" "contains" "A" and "writer/publisher" "contains" "DISGRACE SONGS".

The reason I'm pretty sure that these are for their next album is that one of the titles was visible in this Instagram post. Anyway, here's the whole list:

    Childish
    Heartbreak On Pause
    It Ain't Right
    Smash
    Unholy
    Very Beige
    Vultures

    White Dior

  7. where the actual hell is she?? what was the last update we got on new music?

Last thing we got was "My Way", released under The Powder Room on February 9th.

  8. Is The Powder Room dead or like a simultaneous side project orrrr???

The Powder Room is going to continue concurrently with Cruel Youth. It's basically just a dumping ground for all the songs she likes and wants to release that don't really fit the Cruel Youth brand.

As far as "Violet Roses" goes, that one wasn't registered as one of The Powder Room tracks, as far as I am aware. It was listed without an artist attached and was always intended for what eventually became Cruel Youth, but the name of the band didn't exist when the song was registered. "Violet Roses" was also registered at the same time as a track called "Heaven", which is not the same as the Natalia Kills/Natalia Cappuccini song with the same title. Both were co-written and presumably produced by Chris Braide.

  9. It seems to be "confirmed" by reginsider on Twitter. Although he only said that music would be out from her "later this year", a fall album could very much happen.

Reginsider is not real. Almost everything they post is either totally vague, already stated by a real insider or outright fake. When something they claimed would happen doesn't happen, they say it was "rescheduled", without fail.

  10. unreleased song teased by musicmafia if im correct

Not MusicMafia; It was some other little "pay for unreleased" type site that sprung up and tried to emulate MusicMafia's business model. Their website was taken down within about two days, so I don't think anyone actually had time to get in contact with them, pay for a track and get the download.

  11. did she split with her boyfriend?

They're married, actually, but no, I don't think they've split up. They're still featured together on some recent writing credits for other people. He seems to have become more interested in being behind the scenes and probably values his privacy, which is why she doesn't post pictures of him on social media anymore.

  12. You should probably look a little deeper into it! They aren't just pop music videos where the choreography is meaningless. A lot of the dance moves have *specific* purpose tied to *specific* meaning. You should watch the hour long interview she did after it premiered, she explains it well :) The videos def. weren't repetitive either, if you actually take the time to look into each one rather than watching it superficially (no shade haha). Plus there are scenes in the film that aren't in the videos individually and some are edited different. Flo isn't some popstar that is dictated by trends and management. Her work is actually a part of her, so I would consider carefully watching it again!

I've read the meanings, looked through the interviews and watched the whole thing in its entirety twice, along with each of the individual videos a handful of times. I understand what she was going for and don't think it was successful. It is really that simple. If someone's strapped for time and doesn't think they can keep their attention on something for an hour, there's no point in suggesting watching it. Your condescending tone is also pretty cringetastic. Don't talk down to people just because they don't like the same things as you.

  13. How can I unsee a post? Help? Someone? Anyone?!

I would say it is most definitely worth it. It's truly stunning, heartbreaking and uplifting all at the same time. The cinematography is incredible and her choreography is wonderful. I've watched the full thing about 4-5 times and I constantly go back and watch clips

Let's not pretend the videos weren't repetitive. They basically fall into three categories: "standing still while the camera pans dramatically", "frenetic movement through a space" and "group groping". If they've already seen some of them, they've probably got the gist.

  14. Okay,  I haven't seen her Odyssey film,  but I've seen some of the videos in it. Is it really worth watching it as a whole?  It's like a damn hour  :toofunny:

It's fine, but unless you really love the album and visuals strongly affect how you view music, you can probably skip it.
