I'm extremely excited for Blue Banisters. I honestly feel like it could be her best project to date (even better than Ultraviolence or Norman). The songs released already are all STUNNING, lyrically and sonically. And this really is the "Revenge Of Lana Del Rey" album, the lyrics go back to portray a lot of the "old" Lana that we haven't seen much of since the LFL demos (for example how she changed drastically the tone of BPBP from a UV-like honest track to... that final version) yet it doens't feel like a throwback album or a recycle of old material (even if some of the 2013 demos are apparently not reworked at all). This feels like a well thought out body of work. Oh I can't WAIT.

Also imo the standard official cover is the best one we've seen so far (let's see ab the 4th one). It is so iconic already, she looks stunning and it reminds me of Ultraviolence vibes a lot for some reason. yay @ a Neil Krug standard cover for the first time since Ultraviolence !!!

its been a while since i was active here but i'm so excited for the release of BB. Also happy she included all the unreleased songs and that they won't be changing much. God i cant believe ive been on this site for like 7 years and the excitement/anticipation still feels the same. also the leaks and the meltdowns since forever

i have such crazy memories of listening to each album for the first time since 2014.. With Ultraviolence i was using all my cell data to listen to the leaked songs on youtube with no order on the back of a cab Honeymoon i was in my grandmas house visiting her and i just locked myself in the bathroom with my earphones so i could listen to the ultra-lq UO recordings of the album Lust For Life was the best one imo, i listened to it when it leaked like 4am before school while staring at complete darkness enjoying the music.. Only with NFR! i had a regular listening experience when it released at midnight on spotify (i didnt listen when it leaked)... i wonder if COCC will leak early causing me to anxiously listen to it while in some random situation or if i will be able to keep myslef together and listen to it like a normal person lmao
