This could also be the case, being an established act and having a big fan base is like she doesn’t feel the need anymore to attract new audience with captivating visuals (which are what made her break out in the first place) and rely solely on the music... or maybe she thinks that a well thought aesthetic would make her look fake and artifact and she wants to be perceived as genuine as possible, who knows...

Yeah I know, but some indie artists goes for the rough homemade old school style (for the aesthetic or just because they have low budget)... of course some put effort on the visual side even if they have limited resources

Yeah I was just thinking that... she’s going the alt singer songwriter route, less focused on the visuals/aestethic and more on the music (I love me some well executed aesthetically pleasing era but we’re here for the music after all, so...)! I doubt that’s the album cover or logo tho, I think she’s posted that as a poster or playbill just for announcement purpose

Uhm I think this is a good promo strategy actually, I mean announcing a new record the day after your last one dropped... She is trending on twitter so she's making people talk... I think this will be good even for COCC's streams
