I like that Lana is elegant both in her sound and in the way she expresses herself, also the way she represents that elegance on the cover of her albums (Norman and Chemtrails) but I honestly need/want BTD and UV's "Lana Del Rey", Honeymoon, NFR and COCC are certainly amazing albums but I think we all agree that, even though those are her best worked albums objectively, ultraviolence and BTD have that iconic thing that we all want back, glamour, lipstick, videos, outfits, that bad bitch behavior. After QFTC and the publication where she revealed RCS, I really hope that album will be upbeat with that hip/hop and rock sound from her first two albums. It can be clarified that because an album is commercial does not mean that it is bad... Imagine Lana doing a future nostalgia or something like melodrama but in her own way or maybe she could surprise us with something better.

Since Taylor re-released "Fearless" and it is essentially the same record as the original one, I don't understand why it is having a higher score in metacritic. It basically means that if Lana does the same her scores in metacritic might change.

I will never understand why everyone blames Jack for the similarity between NORMAN and CHEMTRAILS. Guys, you have to understand that the person who wants the albums to sound that way is Lana not Jack, I think he's just in charge of making things sound the way Lana wants... So it's not his fault. but I honestly hope RCS is rock. no more piano

I will never understand why some Lana fans try to cancel me when they tell me that Chemtrails is not as good as Norman and they complain that I say that Chemtrails deserves an 80/81 em metacritic. I like the album but it didn't move me as much as Norman.

do you really think Lana is going to release an album? I ask because I see everyone so convinced of that lol. I can't help but think that she did it just to refer to the way she announced chemtrails.

I don't know if any of you have checked Metacritic but the chemtrails score is now lower (81) previously it was at 85 almost the same score as Norman (87). I personally think that 80/81 is a fair score for the album, when I saw that chemtrails had two points less than Norman's score it seemed strange to me because that means that it is almost as good as Norman and in my humble opinion it is not. NORMAN's lyrics and production is simply superior. I like chemtrails but I just don't think it's on Norman's level or close to him; in the same way I will continue listening to see if my opinion changes. What do you think?

If you ask me, I think that announcement of a new album sounds more like a mockery of "on my new album coming out on September 5" (the culture question post) than it does about an actual album release. What has me believing that it is really a new album is the fact that, well, you know that it seems that it is fashionable to release two albums in the same year #ariana #taylor. also that the manager said that she was working on two albums for which she already had the title in mind ... anything can happen.

I will never understand that ?
