6 minutes of Kintsugi lol

this is why i despise woke culture, I swear i watched the MV for the first time i dont even think about that, I just think it's simply "all these people who joined this party at this setting", they love to make anything political these days... and yet that responsibility belongs to queer community only?
-
Yeah the song is not bad but it will age faster than i think sadly, lol that's just the truth But irdgaf, because i know there are HUGE SERVES in this era that we are about to discover later, and i know this album will GAG me the way Bloom did (Myx3 is my least fav from that album) so in the meantime... #ifeeltherush

He's calling out all the companies who changed their rainbow profile photo back to normal photo after Pride month ends, it's giving "I see y'all performative motherfuckers out there but i say it's Pride all year baby"
-
yes, this is exactly what I meant - in case some people might think i'm conservative lol fuck nooo, i'm from an Asian country and we've been fucking censored for our whole life lmaooo im sick of it. But again, there's a fine line between sexing it up for the "art" the "celebration" and abusing that to sell your products through stunts and short-term stimulation (like soooo many artists i've seen these days, either queer or straight lol). For example: Euphoria - a good show of course, but the hyper-sexualized teenagers? That's the fine line and of course we have Sam Smith and his cringey, tryhard sexual propaganda. well. then u get what i mean haha - the mv is fun for me tho, I just personally dont think it's the best queer-represention visual troye made and there's nothing wrong with that, still an aesthetically pleasing MV and we have Blue neighbourhood trilogy anyway
-
well i didnt think it's a bad representation or "offensive" - what i said that it irks me that it "slightly" promotes these kinds of sex-crazed lifestyles as a "must-have" for any queer people - which is not okay either i's queer or straight. And yes, tho I never support "rappers" or reggaeton artists who sexualize woman as sex objects for their visuals, I do believe that for ages, no one's making any noise when it comes to them, which has become a "norm" in that culture... So i wont call Rush MV "offensive" (it's not that deep, just my thought about how the MV can go both ways and how it reflects on queer people in general X) i still enjoy the MV - it's aesthetically pleasing and summer and sweaty, giving britney bitch imma slave 4 u cunty.

he looks just like troye
-
well, all things aside, i want another psychedelic-outerspace-primal-galactic hypno-electropop serve like this masterpiece. This is literally the best thing Troye ever created. Imagine this with some wild hot sexy visual
-
wait are people actually pointing that out? I've just watched the video again and see nothing's wrong with it. I saw different kinds of people, skin colors, etc. tho
-
"Let's do drugs - make love with our teachers"
-
the difference is: Britney is the icon and Charlie isn't
-
I don't even like Lil nas X but I personally think his visuals is really good. I love that MV where he promotes safe sex within that very sexual love-making scene, which is inspiring.
-
Charlie is cringe and musty af, I'd rather look at Justin Bieber lmaooo
-
well the only thing that these kinds of music video irks me that they slightly promote these kinds of life-styles as "must have" for any queer people alive, it's like - yeah ur queer, so you must be doing drugs, going to orgy parties, fuck anyone in sight, taking poppers every day as "norm" - which is not the kind of lifestyle should represent any community - not just queer people, not even straight people. From that, it doesnt have the relatability (à la the hyper-sexualization of high school teenagers in shows like Euphoria and stuff). And sex sells is a long-live myth since forever in hollywood - even if it's straight or queer community. This MV feels a bit of that. but one thing i to applaud Troye is that the sexuality Troye expresses in this MV is natural for me, not forced and try-hard like Sam Smith, or straight up cringe like Charlie Puth trying to take thirst trap pics to get attention online from the gays. It's the art of the sex he gives baby. And btw, this song is a fun summer bop, i'm sure he has a lot in his clutch for this new era, the album artwork looks cute, warm and cozy, and for the MV - aesthetically pleasing but not the best queer-representation visual from Troye, considering he made masterpieces like Blue neighbourhood trilogy and MVs like Lucky Strike.

Sam Smith you better take notes
-
definitely gonna check on her later later x

i thought LB stands for LanaBoards at first
-
indeed i never trust him - plus his music sucks, and personally i believe he contributed in tarnishing Britney's legacy with that horrendous Britney Jean album - i know Britney didn't approve this shit.
