One thing I’ve noticed about this album is the most popular songs are the ones that aren’t personal. Like Fishtail, Peppers, Taco Truck, the second half of A&W, Candy Necklace, and Paris, Texas all remind me of songs from her first four albums, where they were a lot less specific and personal

In Interview Mag she says “I know from Echo Park, like Drew Erickson, Benji, and Zach Dawes. Later, I found out they were composing for all these great people like Weyes Blood and Father John Misty and Pink Floyd.” Which producer worked with Pink Floyd???
