It’s because lasso to me is just a noun, when I hear the word it doesn’t strike any beautiful visuals in my mind, I just think of a brown rope id prefer a verb if anything.. Lassoed lol honestly, changing it to lassoed produces an image in my mind of the lasso in use and has cute little side meanings.. but lasso, it’s like it’s dead on the ground to me haha

I saw this in store in person.. but I didn’t buy it, it was literally so thin and flimsy and I thought it’s not even official Lana merch.. maybe I was just being flippant that day, but honestly it looked like something somebody would push through the letterbox

If people refuse to take her seriously because of a performance 12 years ago then they shouldn’t be allowed to vote- and I mean this in respect to any artist, if you aren’t going in to the votes open minded and prepared to sit down and listen to allll the music nominated, then why vote. It’s not reflective of the art, it’s an outright popularity contest and that’s a joke they should all be made to sit in a room in exam conditions and listen to the music before casting votes

A&W deserves SOTY because the songwriting is just impeccable.. but I wouldn’t be surprised if flowers did take it just because it blew up and was on radio 24/7 it hardly seems fair either because the song writing literally comes from reversing the Bruno mars song, it’s not exactly groundbreaking.. imo it blew up because it highlighted the drama between a high profile couple so, I’m prepared for disappointment

Maybe she’s just now working on LDR11 and the album is coming next month
