Maybe she went to many bars back in the day and saw many girls dancing for money and kind of "borrowed" that for her worldbuilding in earlier songs. Also associating the music business to prostitution/stripping is a common metaphor because people pay to see you up on stage being vulnerable and telling your stories, something along those lines.

Sometimes I feel like Lana really doesn't want to get popular or something like that... like, BTD is so successful and she won't even acknowledge it. She just wants to do her own thing the way she wants to and, honestly, good for her  I don't think she wants to get stupidly rich either

tbh it's been pretty dry, but every day we get close to at least something to lose our minds to  I'm trying to stay optmistic because there's no way nothing is happening. Maybe she just wanted to release that specific song on Sean's birthday even though her management didn't have anything planned bc of the Holiday season

Track 11 is a witchy/eerie vibe song about self care (Magician, 3 of Swords). One of the wordiest songs.

Track 15 is very sexual. Maybe about being a freak in bed and having a hard time disclosing that to a new partner (King of Wands, reversed Devil).

Track 16 is beautiful, lush and very orchestrated, with Lana exploring her feminine energy a lot. Maybe some lyrics talking about Venus, or birds of paradise (these lyrics came to mind).  She is unsure if she should let go of luxury or stay in it. (9 of Pentacles, reversed 8 of Cups).

This song is so beautiful and sweet, I'll never understand how some people can complain about it saying that it is boring  how can you say that about a song dedicated to her sister who was about to have a baby?? That's so heartless

I just want a mv or an album trailer  this album rollout is really testing my patience

But then I remember that LMLYLAW came out in October 2020, the teaser only came out 2 months later, and then the Chemtrails music video only came out in January, and the album in late March 2021  then she dropped the 3 BB singles in May, we only got a mv for Arcadia in September, and the album in October... somehow I survived that, but I must admit that I wasn't as excited for her last 2 albums as I am for this one (even though I love them)
