Of course I’m American. I wouldn’t have made the thread if I wasn’t from the states. I didn’t hear anything from people when I was out yesterday, I only saw about it in some videos and a few articles

I’m not being rude, I’m just saying a bridge collapsed and almost immediately there’s a response and is taken care of very well. It makes no sense how the bridge collapse is being taken care of better than some of this other stuff that could have been prevented or easily taken care of.

So… apparently in the latest news, in Maryland a bridge collapsed and Biden is treating this more serious than actual human rights issues and wars going on 🙄

I feel like it’s possible, but I’m also not holding my breath.

That’s not even the point. The point is WHY are we focusing on an app instead of the war w/Palestine, abortions becoming illegal, school shootings, and the threats towards the transgender community. There’s far more important issues going on involving actual human lives instead of a dumb app.

My thoughts: It is INSANELY idiotic to focus on an app when we have trans people being stripped away from their rights, school shootings rising, attempting to ban drag shows, some states denying access to abortion, a literal war going on with thousands of injured people. Tik Tok does actually have positive sides to it, but no one wants to actually see the good. Also, why do the representatives honestly think the owners of that app will hand over the rights like that’s so laughable cos it’s so stupid. As for the election, both options SUCK. I’m not even going to bother voting in this election. Biden has done APPALLINGLY in his 4 years, not stopping some of these bans and not helping Palestine. Trump would just make everything worse, granted Biden would as well. So, I think this country is doomed. I’m sorry to say it. Our rights are gonna be stripped away from us. Women’s rights, gay rights, trans rights. I have no hope.

I have no idea if there is a thread already about this, but kinda want to start one just to see other people’s thoughts regarding both Trump and Biden being the final 2 choices for the 2024 election as well as the ban of Tik Tok coming very close to happening. Talk away!

Oh. We’ll have to see, whether or not it appears on the album (whenever it does come out). Also, random side note, some of her fans are pretty not nice. Knowing from experience. She’s nice, just some of her fans aren’t unfortunately.

Devil in Paradise (EP) was DEFINITELY scrapped. It was teased in 2018 with POAF and DIP but it’s six years later, and nothing. We can only reckon Teddy wasn’t impressed with the EP and had second thoughts and decided not to release.

I’d say Descending, Innocent Kind, Don’t Forget, Finders Keepers, Guardian, The Woods, I Pray for Rain, Legends, Downhill Lullaby and Voices Carry would all be pretty good for an album. Maybe All to Myself, Always Ready to Lose You, and AMLD as bonus tracks!
