The men don't need to be intimidating or scary looking. Having them being there is just enough. Especially if either one of them is armed (which I hope they are). People like to think twice once they see numbers... I remember the George Floyd riots, the Fifth Avenue stores had all of these bodyguards (unarmed) lined up outside. I remember Saks was boarded up, but I think Ferragamo and Cartier had them too. It was definitely enough presence to deter people from even getting close or walking along the sidewalk legally.
