kinda wish i went for the indie one but it was sold out before and my amazon order had already dispatched, it’s alright though because it’s still a serve and the hype sticker is beautiful
 
and i’m so okay with this just being available on standard black. i think that’s really fitting, i feel the same way about owning back to black and ultraviolence on black vinyl (i did get UO exclusive uv too tho which i love)

I hope we get some new unheard songs on the b sides, i've played her unreleased tracks so many times so i wouldnt be that excited if nothing new is on the tracklist

Multiple ticketing sites like Eventim and Live Nation have this image displayed as Ethel's banner, i think its her and willoughby. the two visuals (that image, and her recent story) that we've seen so far for the tour look nothing like perverts, in my mind they go perfectly with the b-sides ep. someone on reddit also pointed out that one of the venue websites said she'll be touring later this year to support the b-sides. im thinking august/september dates? multiple venues confirmed as well

the last bits of info we got were 14m dust bowl so id believe it since waco will be +20m and nettles was confirmed at some point but then she said she took it off </3

inremmber a tumble post saying bsides were gonna be mostly new stuff (praying for nettles) but we’re deffff gonna see new material

@Coloringbooks like i had mentioned before in my previous post... there's really no definitive way to judge whether or not the person in her drawing is meant to be underage or not, I PERSONALLY see it more as a young adult man, while, at the same time, i can see how it could be interpreted as somebody young, but, like i had also previously mentioned, it's heavily stylized, and not anatomically-incorrect, it's not a hyper-realistic drawing which is completely true to life, so it feels futile to try to dissect whether or not it's supposed to depict somebody under or over the age of 18, only hayden could know what it's intended to be
 
i'm sure we can all agree the drawing is very weird, and perhaps wasn't right to share, but fighting over it isn't productive or going to lead anywhere, if somebody finds out about an artist's controversies and decides they no longer want to support them, that's fine, but going into the artist's designated thread which will be visited and posted in by fans and bringing up controversies, or trying to start controversies is really just asking for arguments, disagreements, and discourse which isn't needed, i don't think there's anything wrong with discussing controversies when they come up, but the only times we've discussed controversies surrounding her recently was when people who didn't like her randomly came in and brought something up, and some of the things which were deemed controversial, or, reasons to not like her were pretty asinine, especially in comparison to what other artists have done, including... editing her own wikipedia page, being pro-life when she was 14, 12 years ago, and making some dumb tweet
 
 
of course her fans are going to try and justify her... they're her fans, although not everyone here has blindly defended her and claimed that the drawing was a-okay and not weird at all, at least, i didn't, anyone could easily go into the melanie martinez thread, point out her rape allegations, and say the exact same thing you did

I grew up in hillbilly central (alabama) as a kid and when I tell you everyone in my family was super homophobic, misogynistic, etc. I grew up with the mentality that gay people were some sort of disease. My parents were super anti abortion as was I because that’s all i ever knew. But with age I realized that mentality is complete bullshit and i’ve matured from that. The fact that people nowadays think that you cant grow from your shitty past is just crazy to me. Hayden literally reflects in her music that she grew up in a shitty place. If you genuinely think she’s still anti abortion and whatnot then I’m gonna have to laugh in your face. Please, some of you need to grow up.
