I finally started watching after putting it off for a year and a half, I'm only at episode three of the first season but I'm already stuck it's amazing

Lana might need a better team but I'm not sure asking for snippets help them. If you find some and are against the song leaking report and if you don't care about the song leaking please stop asking for stuff here if it's so easy to find then go find it by yourself

Honestly she says a lot of things and their contrary, I agree especially with GKIT and you make a lot of sense but it isn't what I personally felt from the album, I don't think it's really more observatory because the lyrics can have a lot of double sense and end up relating to her like HBTB being a metaphore of her own fame, she's the voyeur in MTWBT but she presents less what she sees than her watching, if you know what I mean. Art Deco could be herself as she sees herself, etc, basically it has a lot of interpretations and they're all valid. I understand why Lana would put this particular vision on the cover, obviously, but since I didn't related to it it made it difficult for me to relate to the cover, at least at first. But I don't even dislike the cover anyway, I did at first but now I think it works, I'm trying to understand why it had so many negative reactions

Is that an indication of when the album could potentially be released? How long does it usually takes between the last touchups in studio and the release of an album? True, definitely haha the visuals are SOOOO important to me in an album, I mean I want to design album covers as a living for the rest of my life so I care a lot about this stuff. That's so interesting, now I'm really curious to which colours I would associate if the cover was completely different... Probably the ones in the Chuck pics for MTWBT though

That's the big feeling I got for the music (keeping in mind I haven't heard anything yet so I'm just speculating) but for example if you take the BTD cover, it is known that I'm not the hugest good sis Nicole stan but it fits the music so amazingly that it's became one of the most recognizable and immediately associated to the artist cover of the last ten years at least. And it could be a single cover for each song, it would fit. That's the kind of power I'm talking about, doesn't mean I want a bust shot again with the same font emplacement and super sleek and meticulously retouched, but something was touched here that hasn't been reached again yet

For me the true issue with the Honeymoon cover is that despite the fact it represents EXACTLY the colours I see the album in, the font and the composition were absolutely not adapted to the music, it's a very personal record and Lana is way too far away, especially compared to the others. It's a beautiful photography, it's not even at all that it isn't adapted to Honeymoon, it's just not adapted to be the cover in particular. What strikes me the most is that Lana isn't looking at us, when she was in all the others, and it's reinforced by the fact that she's wearing big ass shades. I think it would have been an amazing back cover for example. And the font is cool in itself, but compared to the music, it makes the music sound tacky. And the source of the light is a bit difficult to understand but that's a detail Edit: I forgot to mention it's waayyyyayyayay too busy for how chill the music is

Well first there was a car behind, then she was getting in the car, then she was in the car, so my theory is that all the videos of her driving to music is actually the full LDR5 album and we've been lied to until now where I expose it to your bewildered eyes But seriously all I want is powerful visuals, she can do whatever she wants as long as it's powerful and faithful to the music (I never said it but I think that the UV cover is one of the least representative pictures of the whole shoot, but let's discuss this)

I hate how it's come to a point where Lana has to release it not because she's satisfied with it or even because it's the right time in terms of sales but just because it's about to leak... I agree it seems unfair. I'm not judging anyone for listening, I'm having the hardest time ever resisting, but as thirsty as I am I still think it's not the way it was supposed to be. Why the hell didn't Honeymoon leaked tbh?

I may be totally wrong, but what I understood was that the Untouchable 5 are called like this because since Black Beauty leaked it affected Lana a lot and she had to rework it but again I might be wrong don't roast me

It's been discussed many times but correct me if I'm wrong - I think it's because if it leaks, there's a chance the song is never to be released, the same way pre-Dan UV has been scrapped, and so it's most likely we will never hear it entirely or the way it's supposed to be. It's also out of respect for Lana not to leak something she's working on currently but that seems a detail for some people and capital for some others. We all want more Lana music, we all love her music otherwise none of us would be here, but what could give the most chance to hear the most possible music?
