Theres a difference between an artist debuting new material live to see how fans react (The Exchange songs) and Umru playing unreleased Charli at his shows with the knowledge that Charli probably doesn’t want to release the song (Party Party) just to get a couple more people to pay attention to his music. Also I don't think Charli and SOPHIE should get mad when people ask them for Taxi, considering they played it in 2018, and have been telling fans since it debut that they want to release it. Same with Bounce, except they stopped acknowledging it.

How is Umru going to get mad at Charli fans for asking for songs that he teased? Should have never played them in the first place luv.

Depends on your taste. Goddess (the first album) was kind of downtempo electro-pop, The Altar was more commercial sounding with a lot more modern r&b sounds. Honesty I dont even know how to classify the new record. I got into her from Waiting Game and This Is What It Feels Like, which were on the first album.

Is it just me or does LWYDTM sound like it doesn't fit with the rest of the songs on the album? It reminds me of This Is Not About Us which I never felt fit on The Altar

Contaminated is the best song on the album. A true discography highlight. So far this may be my least favorite album from her (still a good album), but it has the potential to grow on me.
