I just saw this review and posted it in an update before I saw it was already here. I think it is both as you say. I honestly feel like the writer was giving her credit especially when applied to production like nachoo said but I also felt some slight hints of sarcasm in there as well. Maybe they are confused on how they actually feel about the album because it wasn't a very decisive piece. The review I mean, not the album.

It's an amazing song. Really at first I disliked it and didn't give me it a chance but one day I listened to it and it just clicks with me. I love it! I'll listen to it over and over some days lol!

Wait till you hear Swan Song in HQ, I actually love it! The lyrics and her delivery of them, I love it. The very beginning, opening, music to the track is intoxicating.
