the UK is the 2nd most important music market for english-speaking artists after the US... thats why these 2 countries get a lot of exclusive versions, signed bundles etc to get the #1. A #1 in the US/UK means a lot, a #1 in Serbia, Spain etc.... not so much

its not! picture discs usually have the same picture on both sides. pretty sure this is legit and the seller had access to these copies by working in the pressing plant / knowing someone etc
